Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 반응 전 광물질 입자의 SEM 이미지와 EDS 분석 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 반응 후 광물질 입자의 SEM 이미지와 EDS 분석 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 반응 후 광물질 입자의 EDS 분석을 통해 S 함량을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 반응 전 filter paper의 SEM 이미지를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 반응에 필요한 반응물들을 공급하는 공급부;
광물질 입자가 투입된 반응기 및 UV 광원을 포함하여 공급된 반응물로부터 2차 미세먼지를 포함하는 생성물을 생성하는 반응부; 및
반응기로부터 배출되는 생성물을 분석하기 위하여 생성물들을 수집하는 수집부;를 포함하여, 1차 오염물질로부터 2차 미세먼지를 생성하는 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급부는 SOx, NOx 및 N2를 상기 반응기로 공급하는 SOx 공급수단, NOx 공급수단 및 N2 공급수단을 포함하는 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 N2 공급수단은 N2가 반응기로 공급되는 라인 중에 H2O를 통과하도록 하는 수단을 더 포함하는 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급부는 상기 반응기에 스팀을 공급하는 스팀(steam) 공급수단을 더 포함하는 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 공급부는 SOx 및 NOx가 공급되는 라인에 혼합수단을 더 포함하여 SOx 및 NOx가 혼합된 상태로 반응기에 공급되도록 하는 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광물질 입자는 Al2O3, CaO, MgO, Fe2O3, SiO2, TiO2 및 ZnO로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 어느 1종 이상의 입자를 포함하는 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응기는 하단에 교반기를 구비하고, 투광성 재질로 구비되는 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수집부는 필터 장치로서 생성물 중에 포함된 고체 성분을 필터링하고 기체 성분을 통과시키는 수단인 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수집부 후단에 배출부를 더 포함하여, 상기 수집부를 통과한 성분을 후처리한 후 대기 중으로 배출시키는 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급부 및 반응부의 조건을 변화시켜 반응시켰을 때 생성되는 생성물의 조성을 분석하여 2차 미세먼지 생성 메커니즘 분석이 가능한 2차 미세먼지 생성장치.
