Here, the
In this case, the size of the
In order to install the
Therefore, in order to install the
The supporting
The
The
At this time, the hole diameter of the mesh member applied to the
3 and 4, the
3 and 4, when the
At this time, the
The
Further, at least one of a loess ball, a ceramic ball, an ocher ring, a ceramic ring, a nonwoven fabric, a synthetic resin fiber, a glass wool, a copper foil and a sponge may be applied as a filter medium, and preferably two or more of them can be applied. Do.
At this time, filtration efficiency is better because two or more
The
At this time, the filter material applied to the
Here, the charcoal has a lot of fine holes and has a large specific surface area (about 300 m 2 per 1 g of charcoal). The function of the charcoal hole is to remove the bad bacteria by the inhabiting microorganisms, to function to remove bad odor, Humidity control function.
Meanwhile, the recycled charcoal extracted from industrial or municipal wastes may be applied to the applied charcoal for cost reduction and recycling of resources, and bamboo charcoal, bamboo charcoal and charcoal may be applied in a double manner.
Here, the efficacy of bamboo charcoal can be substituted for the charcoal which has been widely used since it has an anion and far-infrared ray emission, electromagnetic wave shielding, odor removal and air purification, water purification, antibacterial, mineral supply and humidity control.
Also, bamboo charcoal replaces charcoal because it has a higher adsorption rate of heavy metals, electromagnetic wave shielding effect, and antimicrobial effect. According to clinical data from the National Forestry Academy, the removal rates of heavy metals were -82%, -47%, -42%, and -92%, respectively, indicating that bamboo charcoal had an excellent effect on the removal of heavy metals .
In addition, bamboo charcoal is known to have excellent antimicrobial activity. The bacterial reduction rate was 96.1% for E. coli and 97% for P. aeruginosa. When the bamboo was charcoal made at 800 ~ 1,000 ℃, the electromagnetic wave shielding rate was 90 ~ 99.9% The shielding effect proved to be excellent. In addition, since bamboo charcoal is made in bamboo at high temperature over 800 ℃, it is aseptic for a while after it is formed, and it contains almost no organic materials and only 2 ~ 3% of alkaline components such as calcium and potassium.
In particular, bamboo charcoal is known to excel in the mind and body stabilization effect and deodorization effect at the time of sleeping by the release of anion, and it is said that the action of bamboo charcoal is very excellent in promoting the metabolism of human body by a large amount of far- .
On the other hand, charcoal is an odorless, tasteless, harmless, and inexpensive, and it is also effective in preventing and reducing oxidation, generating anion, alkalizing acidic substances, emitting far infrared rays, controlling humidity, filtering effect, deodorizing effect, .
In addition, charcoal is medically effective as an adsorbent, antidote, analgesic, antipyretic, anticancer, etc. It utilizes the excellent adsorption of charcoal, rather than the special medicinal ingredient of charcoal.
Particularly, the fine porosity of charcoal adsorbs debris and decayed gas of corrupt proteins and fat in the intestines, and adsorbs pesticide components and heavy metals remaining in fruits and vegetables.
In addition, charcoal adsorbs and removes harmful components such as coloring matter, food additives, artificial seasonings, etc. of processed foods, and charcoal powder removes toxic components from inside the body, so that the function of liver and kidneys to detoxify is activated, There is no antidote to surpass charcoal as a single material.
Therefore, charcoal may be preferentially applied to the filter material applied to the
However, in the present invention, the loess balls are preferentially applied, and the size of the loess balls applied is 0.1 to 200 mm, preferably 10 to 200 mm. .
Here, 200 million microorganisms per 1 g of loess are alive, and various harmful components are spontaneously decomposed to remove odors, and deodorization, insect pest control, and prevention of fungi are effective.
Therefore, when the odorous gas is passed through the clayey soil, the odorous components of the gas are primarily dissolved in the adhered water and capillary water of the clayey soil layer. Secondly, the biochemical degradation by the microorganisms contained in the clayey soil particles and the chemical reaction So that the clay layer reduces or eliminates the odor component of the gas through a stepwise and complex reaction.
As a representative example, the mechanism of deodorization of ammonia is as follows. This action is called ionization of ammonia, and ammonia ions are decomposed by nitrification action as shown below.
NH3 + H2O → NH4OH → NH+ 4 + OH- NH 3 + H 2 O → NH 4 OH → NH + 4 + OH -
2NH+ 4+ 3O2 → 2NO-2 + 2H2O + 4H+ + energy2NH + 4 + 3O 2 ? 2NO 2 + 2H 2 O + 4H + + energy
2NO-2 + O2 → 2NO-3 + energy2NO 2 + O 2 ? 2NO -3 + energy
On the other hand, the loess ball is formed by mixing a wood component of a carbon component into a filter material made of clay mineral, which is a clay mineral. When the air discharged from the exhaust port 1 passes through the loess ball, It is purified through biochemical degradation and complex action by chemical reaction by soil component of loess ball.
Here, organic material materials are mixed in order to develop pores on the surface of the loess balls to improve the filtration ability due to enlargement of the porosity and the adsorption ability according to the enlargement of the activation ability of the carbon components, and the organic material materials are mixed with wood, , Wastes of crushed waste wood, rice husks, bark, rice straw, activated sludge, dried food waste and compost, other organic materials and non-toxic organic wastes are selectively used.
Therefore, when a charcoal-based filter medium is applied to the
The
