Abstract
An invention relating to a venue fire fighting apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed articulated fire-fighting apparatus comprises: a driving unit for raising and lowering a fireproof film provided on a stage; a braking unit for stopping the operation of the driving unit; and an operating unit for selectively releasing the braking of the braking unit to allow the fireproof film to fall freely .
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to an artificial fireplace membrane device, and more particularly, to an artificial fireplace membrane device capable of preventing a fire from spreading to an audience seat when a fire occurs.
In general, a theater where performances of various genres such as theater and opera are performed consists of a stage where performances are held, and a seat where audiences are seated to see the performances on this stage. On the stage between the stage and the audience The performance seats are arranged for the performers to play the music that matches the performance.
The stage is equipped with a luminaire, and the luminaire is usually hung in the air. It is installed on a structure called a ply duct, which is mainly suspended from the ceiling, and is supplied with power and lights up.
Thus, the ceiling of the stage has the risk of fire due to the provision of many lighting fixtures.
Therefore, recently, when a fire occurs on the stage, the fireproof film is dropped from the front of the stage, thereby preventing the fire of the stage from moving to the audience.
A related prior art is Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2015-0086966 (entitled "Curved Fire Screen Opening and Closing Device").
It is an object of the present invention to provide an artificial fire prevention membrane device capable of operating in an emergency situation such as a power failure or a fixation in the case of a fire or an emergency,
The artificial fire fighting apparatus according to the present invention includes a driving unit for raising and lowering a fireproof film provided on a stage, a braking unit for stopping the operation of the driving unit, and an operation unit for selectively releasing the braking of the braking unit, .
The braking unit may include a disc brake for stopping the rotation of the driving unit to stop the falling of the fireproof film.
The operating portion includes a manual operating panel, a brake lever provided on the braking portion, and an interlocking portion mechanically connected to transmit the operation of the manual operating panel to the operation of the brake lever.
In addition, the linkage portion may include an operation wire extending from the manual operation panel, a link bracket connecting the operation wire and the brake lever, and a link bracket provided on the operation wire to change the tension of the operation wire by operation of the manual operation panel And a load member for operating the brake lever.
Further, the operating wire is provided with a safety member for cutting the operating wire by temperature.
In addition, a plurality of manual operation panels are provided on the stage.
Further, the operating portion includes a buffer for buffering a mechanical shock caused by a free fall of the fire shield.
The buffering portion may include a hydraulic pump having a rotary rotary connected to the rotary shaft of the driving portion, a hydraulic tank connected to the hydraulic pump by a circulation pipe, and a control valve for controlling the flow rate of the hydraulic oil circulated in the hydraulic pump .
The operation section may further include an emergency switch section for changing the tension of the operation wire by an external signal.
The emergency switch portion includes a roller portion for forming a clearance on the path of the operation wire and an operation switch for operating the roller portion by an external signal to change the tension of the operation wire, .
The fireplace screen of the theater according to the present invention is able to operate in an emergency situation such as power outage or breakdown by operating a mechanical connection in a fire or an emergency so as to block the audience and the stage with the fireproof film.
In addition, the present invention can provide a plurality of manual operation panels at various places on the stage, thereby enabling immediate operation in case of fire.
Further, in the present invention, free fall can be buffered by the buffer when the free fall of the fireproof film is prevented, so that breakage of the fireproof film can be prevented, and loss of function due to breakage can be prevented.
Also, according to the present invention, an emergency switch unit capable of operating a fire-retardant film by application of an emergency signal is provided, so that operation can be performed even in the absence of an operator, thereby improving stability.
Further, in the present invention, a safety member capable of cutting the operation wire by a heat source is provided, so that the stability can be improved.
Further, the present invention provides a fire-retardant pad at the end of the fire-retardant layer to prevent mechanical damage due to the free fall of the fire-retardant layer to prevent breakage, improve airtightness, and prevent secondary damage have.
