상기 수혜 대상자 목록을 상기 기부자 단말로 제공하고, 상기 기부자 단말로부터 기부 요청을 수신하고 수신된 기부 요청에 따라 상기 기부자의 디지털 가상 화폐 계좌로부터 수혜자의 기부 자산 등록부와 디지털 가상 화폐 계좌로 해당 기부 자산의 기부수량에 따라 자산 정보를 전송하고 기부 금액을 이체하고, 기부 자산의 전송 기록과 기부 금액의 이체 기록을 포함하는 기부 거래 장부를 생성하여 상기 수혜자 단말 및 상기 기부자 단말로 송신하는 서비스 서버;
블록체인들간의 상호운용성이 가능하며 블록체인기반의 자산을 통합 및 관리하며 블록체인 기반의 기부자산등록부의 자산을 기부요청에 따라 기부자산의 형태를 전환하고, 블록을 형성할 때 디지털 가상화폐를 블록생성자에게 전송하는 기부 거래소 서버;
회원 목록, 회원의 디지털 자산 등록 목록, 회원의 디지털 가상 화폐 계좌 목록, 상기 기부 거래 장부를 저장하는 블록 체인 보유 데이터베이스;
소액 기부자의 기부 모집 요청을 상기 서비스 서버로 송신하고, 크라우드 펀딩(crowd funding) 방식으로 모집되는 소액 기부자들에 대해 기부 대행을 수행하는 기부 대행자 단말을 포함하고,
상기 수혜 대상자 목록은,
상기 기부자가 수혜 대상자를 선택할 수 있도록 수혜 대상자의 프로필(profile), 기존 수혜 이력, 수혜 금액, 수혜 일시에 대한 정보를 포함하도록 구성되며,
상기 서비스 서버는,
상기 기부 대행자 단말로부터 소액 기부자의 기부 모집 요청을 수신하고, 수신된 기부 모집 요청에 따라 크라우드 펀딩 방식으로 소액 기부자를 모집하도록 구성되며, 상기 수혜 대상자 목록에서 상기 기부 요청 및 상기 기부 거래 장부를 통해 수혜 이력, 수혜 금액 및 수혜 일시로 구성되는 정보를 갱신하고 갱신된 상기 수혜 대상자 목록을 상기 블록 체인 보유 데이터베이스에 백업 저장하도록 구성되며,
상기 기부자 단말은,
쌀, 물, 옷, 약 및 유가 증권으로 구성되는 실물 자산을 기부하기 위한 디지털 바코드(digital barcode)를 생성하고 생성된 디지털 바코드를 포함하는 실물 자산 기부 요청을 생성하여 상기 기부 거래소 서버로 송신하고, 기부자의 장기나 재능을 기부하기 위한 디지털 바코드를 생성하고 생성된 디지털 바코드를 포함하는 장기/재능 기부 요청을 생성하여 상기 기부 거래소 서버로 송신하고,
상기 기부 거래소 서버는,
상기 기부자 단말로부터 실물 자산 기부 요청을 수신하고 수신된 실물 자산 기부 요청에 포함된 디지털 바코드를 기부 자산 등록부에 등록하고, 해당 수혜자가 소정의 수령처에서 실물 자산을 수령할 수 있도록 하기 위해 기부 자산 등록부에 등록된 디지털 바코드를 해당 수혜자 단말로 송신하고,
상기 기부 거래소 서버는,
상기 기부자 단말로부터 장기/재능 기부 요청을 수신하고 수신된 장기/재능 기부 요청에 포함된 디지털 바코드를 기부 자산 등록부에 등록하고, 해당 수혜자가 해당 기부자의 장기 또는 재능을 이용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 기부 자산 등록부에 등록된 디지털 바코드를 해당 수혜자 단말로 송신하고,
상기 기부자 단말은,
