For the public, relevant public information such as donation and allocation of materials can be inquired through an API interface which is limited to be open, so that the supervision of the whole society is facilitated, the disclosure degree is improved, and the transparency of the disclosure of the information is ensured.
According to the technical characteristics, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
The donation material information is shared in the public chain, so that the donation material information is recorded by each public chain link point in the public chain, and the mutual correlation between the public chain and the public chain is ensured by cryptography, so that the tampering difficulty and the tampering cost are very high.

The identity authentication mechanism is used for verifying the identity information of the donor terminal, the intermediate terminal and the donor terminal under the condition of the donor terminal, the intermediate terminal, the donor terminal and registering or logging in a public chain, and issuing digital certificates to the donor terminal, the intermediate terminal and the donor terminal respectively after verification is passed;
the donation terminal is used for logging in the public chain through a digital certificate issued by the identity authentication mechanism, and issuing donation material information to the public chain after successful logging in;
The public chain is used for verifying the digital certificate of the donation terminal, and after the verification is successful, the login is confirmed to be successful; the system is also used for receiving donation material information of the donation party terminal and sending the donation material information to the middle party terminal; under the condition that the donator does not designate the intermediate terminal, sending donation material information to the intermediate terminal which is closer to the geographic position of the donation party;
the intermediate terminal is used for logging in the public chain through a digital certificate issued by the identity authentication mechanism, checking the legality of the donated materials after truly receiving the donated materials on line, and recording the donated material information to the public chain after the checking is successful;
the public chain is used for receiving donation material information recorded by the intermediate terminal, classifying the donation material information and respectively recording the donation material information into corresponding public chain nodes in the public chain according to material categories;
The donor terminal is used for logging in the public chain through a digital certificate issued by the identity authentication mechanism and issuing demand material information to the public chain after successful logging in;
The public chain is used for verifying the digital certificate of the terminal of the donor, confirming login after the verification is successful, classifying the required material information after receiving the required material information of the donor, and respectively adding the required material information into corresponding public chain nodes in the public chain according to material categories;
The public chain is used for pushing the demand material information to at least one intermediate terminal;
The intermediate side terminal is used for receiving the demand material information pushed by the public chain, and establishing donation transaction with the donation side terminal on the public chain after verifying the legality of the demand material information;
And the donation party terminal is used for sending a donation transaction completion instruction to the public chain after verifying the state of the intermediate party terminal, the transaction and the legality of the donation materials after truly receiving the donation materials on line.

The donated material verification module is used for verifying the state of the intermediate terminal, the transaction and the legality of the donated material after truly receiving the donated material on line;
the block information recording module is used for sending a donation transaction completion instruction to the public chain;
