Abstract
The invention discloses a fund supervision method and system based on a block chain, which relate to the technical field of electronic government information systems, and comprise the steps of initializing a block chain system, deploying a block chain core service program and a block chain account book at a supervision organization, a welfare organization and a fund escrow, and deploying a block chain account book at a donor and a recipient; the method comprises the following steps that a donation request is initiated by a welfare agency and submitted to a block chain when a donation request is lifted by a donator; the donator initiates donation and transfers money to the fund escrow through a transfer program; after the fund escrow confirms that the transfer is successful, the welfare agency verifies that the balance of the block chain account book is correct and prepares to initiate donation to the recipient; the recipient encrypts the account information and submits the encrypted account information to the block chain, and the welfare agency requests the fund escrow direction to initiate transfer to the recipient; the fund escrow transfers funds to the recipient, and the recipient confirms that the corresponding donation is received and then the donation is finished.

after the fund escrow confirms that the transfer is successful, submitting confirmation information and the total donation balance to the blockchain network through a peer client program and a peer server program, verifying the blockchain account balance by a welfare agency, and preparing to initiate donation to a recipient if the blockchain account balance is determined to be correct;

after confirming that the transfer is successful, the fund escrow submits confirmation information to a welfare agency, the welfare agency verifies the balance of the block chain account book, and if the balance of the block chain account book is determined to be correct, the fund escrow prepares to initiate donation to a recipient;
