Abstract
A cable chain support bar and a cable chain guide system having the same are disclosed. The cable chain guide system of the present invention comprises: a guide channel for guiding movement of a cable chain to which one end is fixed; And a plurality of cable chain support bars provided on the guide channels and supporting the sliding movement of the cable chain, wherein the cable chain support bars are provided in plural in the longitudinal direction of the guide channels, And the region of the engagement end where the cable chains are abutted and engaged with each other is fitted and joined without a step.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Generally, cable chain is installed in semiconductor equipment, clean room facility, machine tool robot, and breakaway industrial machine. It protects cable and hose connected to moving machine parts from pollution and prevents it from being easily broken, Protects and transports them.
In this way, a large number of cable or pneumatic hoses are complicatedly connected to a large scale machine tool, food machine and factory automation system. As the system is used, the cables are twisted together or the cables are damaged due to external action, which may cause malfunction of the machine or electric shock.
To prevent this, the cable or pneumatic hose is inserted and aligned inside the cable chain. Such a cable chain may be inserted or attached to the entire length of the cable or the pneumatic hose, or may be inserted into the fragile portion only with a certain length. For this purpose, a conventional cable chain is formed by connecting a plurality of link plates with connection pins with a desired length.
However, in the cable chain, especially when a long-distance cable chain having a long travel distance is applied, a guide for guiding and protecting the cable chain is required.
This guide is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0938426 (Jan. 15, 2010) "System Guide for Guiding Cable Bear" filed and registered by the present applicant.
Also, the above-mentioned prior art discloses a technique in which a coupling member in the form of a rail plate for supporting the movement of a cable bearing is provided in a systematic guide.
However, when the stepped portion is provided in the region where the fastening members of the rail plate shape are coupled with each other as in the prior art described above, shocks are generated in the cable bear at the stepped portion of the fastening member when moving the cable bear, .
The above-described technical structure is a background technique for assisting the understanding of the present invention, and does not mean the prior art widely known in the technical field to which the present invention belongs.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cable chain support bar that can prevent noise and breakage of a cable chain due to a shock generated in a cable chain support region of a plurality of cable chain supports, Cable chain guide system.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cable connector comprising: a guide channel guiding movement of a cable chain to which one end is fixed; And a plurality of cable chain support bars provided on the guide channels and supporting a sliding movement of the cable chain, wherein the cable chain support bars are provided in plural in the longitudinal direction of the guide channels, The cable chain support bar may be provided with a cable chain guide system in which the area of the engagement end where the cable chain contacts and is engaged with each other is fitted without a step.
The cable chain includes: a side band portion having a plurality of side bands spaced apart from each other; And a connecting plate connecting the pair of side bands, wherein the pair of side bands can be slidably moved in contact with the cable chain pedestal.
The cable chain support bar in the area where the cable chain first contacts the cable chain support bar may be provided with an inclined surface for guiding the cable chain to be supported smoothly on the cable chain support bar.
At least one of the plurality of cable chain support bars is provided with a coupling protrusion, and the other end of the cable chain support bar is provided with a coupling groove corresponding to the coupling protrusion.
The plurality of cable chain support bars are provided with a plurality of fastening holes and can be bolted to the guide channels.
The plurality of fastening holes may be provided on the fastening rods provided on the plurality of cable chain receiving bars to be thicker than other regions.
One side wall of the plurality of cable chain support bars may be provided with at least one support protrusion for preventing the cable chain inserted in a hole provided in the guide channel from being struck.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cable chain support bar for supporting a cable chain slidingly moved on a guide channel, wherein the cable chain support bar is provided in plural in the longitudinal direction of the guide channel, The bar may be provided with a cable chain support bar characterized in that the area of the engagement end where the cable chain contacts and is engaged with each other is fitted without a step.
One side wall of the plurality of cable chain support bars may be provided with at least one support protrusion for preventing the cable chain inserted in a hole provided in the guide channel from being struck.
Embodiments of the present invention are characterized in that an impact is generated in a cable chain in a coupling region of a plurality of cable chain support bars when a cable chain is slidably moved by fitting an area of an engagement end where a plurality of cable chain support bars are mutually engaged It is possible to prevent the noise and the cable from being damaged.
Further, even if the cable chain support bars are used for a long period of time by fitting them together, the cable chain support bars can be prevented from sagging in the joining area.
