도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 복수개의 진동자를 이용한 용융부 크기의 측정값에 대한 정확도를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (8)
- 초음파를 이용한 점용접부 검사장치에 있어서,
상하단이 연통되어 내부에 수용공간이 형성된 실린더;
실린더의 상,하부를 각각 밀폐하여 수용공간을 구획하고, 플렉시블한 재질로 구성된 상부멤브레인 및 하부멤브레인;
상부멤브레인 상면에 배열되어 점용접부를 향해 초음파를 발진시키는 복수개의 진동자; 및
상부멤브레인과 하부멤브레인으로 구획된 실린더의 수용공간을 충진하는 액상의 유체;를 포함하며,
하부멤브레인은 점용접부와 접촉되면서 점용접부의 형상에 따라 변형되어 점용접부에 밀착되고, 하부멤브레인의 밀착으로 인해 하부로 이동한 유체를 따라 상부멤브레인도 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접부 검사장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
실린더의 높이는 하기 식(1)과 같이 정의되는 근거리영역길이(N) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접부 검사장치.

( R : 진동자의 반경, f : 초음파 진동수, v : 초음파 속도 ) - 청구항 1에 있어서,
복수개의 진동자는 열과 행을 이루어 규칙적으로 상부멤브레인의 상면에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접부 검사장치. - 삭제

상부멤브레인 및 하부멤브레인은 초음파 투과성을 가지는 고무재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접부 검사장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상부멤브레인 및 하부멤브레인의 둘레는 실린더 내측면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접부 검사장치.
