Description

[0001] Apparatus and method for manufacturing pellets using soybean residue [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing pellets using beads, and more particularly to an apparatus for producing pellets using beads.

Beji means residue left over tofu.

The beage is slightly lower in composition than soybeans or tofu, but its calorie is low (the calories of bean is only 1/4 of the beans), and its flavor is much cheaper.

With the use of bejji, there is no need to knife, so the cooking process becomes very simple. You can also cook a variety of meals, such as making hamburgers with minced meat or mixing them with cookies or donut dough. Because it is so voluminous, it boasts a small amount, so it is also suitable for diet.

One of the outstanding components of the scent is dietary fiber. Among 100g of beef, 11.5g of dietary fiber is contained, which is twice as much burdock. Bee's dietary fiber is water-insoluble cellulose, which absorbs extra moisture in the body and swells up to help move the intestines. At the same time, the intestines are cleaned up to help prevent colon cancer.

In the past, these beages were mainly used for making food, but they did not seek to change to other uses.

FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a pellet production apparatus using beads according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of a system to which the apparatus of FIG. 1 is applied.

The pellet production apparatus using beads according to the embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the pelletizing unit 10 includes a compression unit 12, a water discharge unit 14, a binder insertion unit 16, a compression kneading unit 18, And a pellet mold portion 20.

The filler input unit 10 serves as a hole for injecting the beverage. The input port 30 and the input screw 32 shown in FIG. 2 may correspond to the busy input portion 10. Here, the charging port 30 may be referred to as a charging hopper.

The crimping portion 12 presses a predetermined amount of bead inserted through the bead insertion portion 10. The pressing screw 34 shown in Fig. 2 may correspond to the pressing portion 12. Fig.

The water discharging portion 14 discharges the moisture of the pressed paper pressed by the pressing portion 12 to the outside. 2, a plurality of water discharge ports 36 are formed at the bottom of the compression screw 34 so as to be spaced apart from each other. Here, a plurality of water outlets 36 may correspond to the water outlets 14.

The binder introducing portion 16 inserts a binding agent (for example, gelatin, karakinan, starchoid, etc.) into the beads which have been pressed and bonded by the bonding portion 12. In Fig. 2, a binder inlet 38 is formed at the outlet side of the compression screw 34. Fig. Here, the binder inlet 38 may correspond to the binder inlet 16.

The pressure-tightening kneading section 18 performs pressure expansion and kneading with respect to the charged amount of the binder. For example, the expansion-kneading portion 18 performs expansion and kneading at approximately 125 to 135 degrees centigrade. The pressure-expansion kneading screw 40 shown in Fig. 2 may correspond to the pressure-expansion kneading portion 18. Fig. The pressure-tightening kneading section 18 may further employ a heater 44 for pressurizing and kneading.

The pellet mold part (20) inserts the pellets passed through the pressure-reduction kneading part (18) into a mold to produce pellets of desired shape. The pellet mold tool 42 shown in Fig. 2 may correspond to the pellet mold part 20. Fig. The pellets produced may contain some moisture, which will evaporate quickly (e.g., within a few minutes). If a moisture content of less than 5% is required, it may be dried again.

3 is a flowchart illustrating a method of manufacturing pellets using beads according to an embodiment of the present invention.

First, a predetermined amount of bill is input into the bill input unit 10 (S10).

Accordingly, the inserted bead moves to the crimping portion 12. That is, the bill inserted into the input port 30 is transmitted to the compression screw 34 through the input screw 32.

The pressing unit 12 presses the bills and discharges the water through the water discharging unit 14 to the outside (S20).

Then, a binding agent such as gelatin, Kirakinan, starchoid, etc. is injected through the binder input unit 16 (S30).

Thus, the beads charged with the binder are delivered to the pressure-sensitive kneading section 18.

The pressure-sensitive kneading section 18 performs pressure expansion and kneading at about 125 to 135 degrees Celsius with respect to the charged amount of the binder (S40).

The compressed and kneaded pellets are transferred to the pellet mold part (20).

Accordingly, the pellet mold part 20 is pelletized and kneaded into a predetermined mold to produce a desired shape pellet (S50). The pellets thus produced may contain some moisture, which will evaporate quickly (e.g., within a few minutes). If a water content of less than 5% is required, it may be dried again through a dryer (not shown).

As described above, an optimal embodiment has been disclosed in the drawings and specification. Although specific terms have been employed herein, they are used for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention as defined in the claims or the claims. Therefore, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and equivalent embodiments are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention.
