Abstract
An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a pellet for bedding such as a pet, a pig, and a chicken using a bee. The proposed apparatus includes a squeezing unit for squeezing the charged bead, a water discharging unit for discharging the moisture of the squeezed beverage to the outside, a binder introducing unit for introducing the binder into the squeezed beverage, and a bead to which the binder is charged. And a pellet mold portion for manufacturing a pellet by inserting a pellet passed through the pressure-expansion kneading portion into a mold.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing pellets using beads, and more particularly to an apparatus for producing pellets using beads.
Beji means residue left over tofu.
The beage is slightly lower in composition than soybeans or tofu, but its calorie is low (the calories of bean is only 1/4 of the beans), and its flavor is much cheaper.
With the use of bejji, there is no need to knife, so the cooking process becomes very simple. You can also cook a variety of meals, such as making hamburgers with minced meat or mixing them with cookies or donut dough. Because it is so voluminous, it boasts a small amount, so it is also suitable for diet.
One of the outstanding components of the scent is dietary fiber. Among 100g of beef, 11.5g of dietary fiber is contained, which is twice as much burdock. Bee's dietary fiber is water-insoluble cellulose, which absorbs extra moisture in the body and swells up to help move the intestines. At the same time, the intestines are cleaned up to help prevent colon cancer.
In the past, these beages were mainly used for making food, but they did not seek to change to other uses.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a device for manufacturing pellets for bedding such as pets, pigs,
To achieve the above object, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for manufacturing pellets using beads, comprising: a squeezing unit for squeezing charged pellets; A water discharge unit for discharging the moisture of the pressed beverage to the outside; A binder introducing portion for introducing the binder into the pressed bead; A pressurizing kneading portion for performing expansion and kneading of the binder to which the binder is added; And a pellet mold part for producing a pellet by inserting a pellet passed through the pressure-reduction kneading part into a mold, the pellet producing device comprising:
The pressing portion corresponds to a compression screw,
Wherein the water discharging portion corresponds to a plurality of water discharging openings spaced apart from each other at a bottom portion of the pressing screw corresponding to the pressing portion,
The binder inlet port corresponds to the binder inlet section and is formed at the outlet side of the compression screw,
The above-mentioned pressure-expansion kneading unit corresponds to a pressure-expansion kneading screw and is subjected to expansion and kneading at a temperature of 125 to 135 degrees centigrade, further employing a heater for expansion and kneading,
Wherein the binder is any one of gelatin, carrakinan, and starch.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, when used as a bedding for pets, pigs, chickens, etc., there is a lot of porosity in the furanoboid component and the pellet type product of the soybean to quickly absorb the odor of the animal's side or urine A deodorizing effect can be obtained.
Also, there is no chemical additives, so even if the animal eats, there is no abnormality in the feed.
