건강한 20~30대 남자 35명을 대상으로 테잎 스트리핑법(Tape stripping method)을 통해 피부 자극을 유발한 후 발명에 따른 화장료의 효과를 평가하였다. 좌우 하완의 안쪽부위 두 곳에 일반 스카치 테잎으로 20회 내지 30회 (자원자의 피부 민감정도에 따라 회수를 조정) 테이핑을 하여 피부 홍반을 유발하였다. 홍반 유발 후, 좌측 하완에는 상기 실시예 1~4 및 비교예 1~3, 우측 하완에는 대조시료를 도포하였다. 도포 후 2시간 후 피부 자극 정도를 하기 표 2의 기준으로 평가하였다. 자극 완화 효과의 판정은 각 실험군당 3명의 측정값을 평균하여 자극 유발 직후와 2시간 이후 평균값의 %변화를 하기 수학식1과 수학식2를 이용하여 계산하였다. 그 결과는 하기 표 3에 나타내었다.Thirty five healthy men aged between 30 and 30 were exposed to skin irritation through a tape stripping method and evaluated the effect of cosmetics according to the present invention. 상기 표 3의 결과에서 세포간 간극 결합 차단 물질을 2종 이상 함유한 실시예 1~4는 대조시료와 비교해 물리적 자극에 대하여 피부 자극 완화 효과가 우수한 반면, 1종을 단독으로 함유하는 비교예 1~3은 대조시료와 큰 차이가 없는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 실시예 1과 실시예 2~4를 비교하면 3종의 세포간 간극 결합 차단 물질을 모두 사용할 경우 그 효과가 증대됨을 알 수 있었다.

피부병 및 알러지 증상이 없고 피부 과민반응 과거력이 없는 20~30대 건강한 남성 13명을 대상으로 인체피부 첩포실험을 통하여 피부 진정 효과를 확인하였다. Thirteen healthy men in their 20s and 30s who had no history of skin irritation and allergic reactions were tested for skin sedation by human skin patch test.

상기 실험예 1~4 및 비교예 1~3의 화장료와 대조시료에 피부 자극 물질인 락틱산 5%를 첨가하여 각각에 대하여 피부 첩포 시험을 실시하였다. 시험대상자의 전완 안쪽부위를 먼저 70% 에탄올로 닦아낸 후 완전히 건조 후, 7종의 화장료를 각 30㎍씩 밀폐 첩포하였다. 24시간 첩포 후 시료를 제거하고 약 30분 후 확대경으로 시험부위를 관찰하여 홍반 및 부종 유무를 확인하였다. 평가는 하기 표 4의 기준으로 시행하였으며, 하기 수학식3에 따라 평균 피부 반응도를 계산하였다. 그 결과는 하기 표 5에 나타내었다.5% of lactic acid, which is a skin irritant, was added to the cosmetic preparations and control samples of Experimental Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, and the skin patch test was carried out for each. 상기 표 5의 결과에서 세포간 간극 결합 차단 물질을 2종 이상 사용한 실시예 1~4는 대조시료와 비교해 자극 물질에 의해 유도된 자극에 대한 피부 진정 효과가 우수한 반면, 1종을 단독으로 함유하는 비교예 1~3은 대조시료와 큰 차이가 없는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 실시예 1과 실시예 2~4를 비교하면 3종의 세포간 간극 결합 차단 물질을 모두 사용할 경우 그 효과가 증대됨을 알 수 있었다.
