Description
The present invention relates to a welding capacitor device.
Generally, a capacitor is used for a welder to supply a welding current to a transformer that maximizes the current by mutual induction by a welder.
In connection with such used capacitors, the following items are described in the prior art (Korean Application No. 20-2001-0018059, entitled "Spot Welding Machine").
&Quot; Generally, spot welders are used to weld joint surfaces instantaneously due to the resistance heat of the joint surfaces, and are mainly used for joining mainly small-sized components.
In the spot welding machine as described above, a current is amplified by a mutual induction action, and a power supply is interrupted by a transformer unit which generates resistance heat on a joint surface of a part to be welded and joins it.
However, as described above, the method of intermittently supplying power to the transformer simply involves a problem in that power supply to the other machine device is interrupted due to a large amount of current consumed instantaneously during the power interruption process The current of the condenser was used to perform the welding in the process of charging the capacitor in which the charging of the current gradually forms a curved line in advance.
1, a power cable connected to the power source unit is connected to the first electrode, and a power cable connected to the transformer unit is connected to the second electrode, And is connected to each capacitor device separately.
Meanwhile, in order to supply a large amount of welding current to a welding machine of this type, a plurality of condenser devices are required. In this state, each pair of capacitor elements is supplied with power from the power supply part through the first electrode part having a separate power supply configuration for each pair, and gradually forms a curve and charges the current in advance.
Then, when welding is performed, each of the pair of capacitors supplies a pair of currents to the transformer through a pair of second electrode units through a common power supply structure electrically connected in common.
