Claims (6)
- 투명 기판;
상기 투명 기판 상에 배치된 투명 전극 패턴;
상기 투명 전극 패턴에 접촉하는 배선 전극; 및
상기 배선 전극에 접촉하는 케이블 회로;를 포함하고,
상기 배선 전극은
도전층, 상기 도전층과 상기 투명 전극 패턴 사이에 배치된 산화물 확산 방지층 및 상기 도전층과 상기 케이블 회로 사이에 배치된 전극 산화 방지층을 포함하며,
상기 투명 전극 패턴 중 적어도 한 패턴의 가장자리에 배치되어 상기 케이블 회로와 접촉하는, 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 확산 방지층 및 전극 산화 방지층은 Ni-Cu 합금 또는 Ni-Cu 합금을 포함하는 합금으로 구성된 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 확산 방지층 및 전극 산화 방지층의 두께는 1 내지 200 nm인 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 기판의 하부에 적층된 투명 양면 테잎; 및
상기 투명 양면 테잎 하단에 적층된 투명 필름을 더 포함하는 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 전극 패턴, 상기 배선 전극 및 상기 케이블 회로로 구성된 2개의 층을 포함하고, 각 층은 각각 x축 또는 y축 방향의 정전용량 변화를 검출하는 터치 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 확산 방지층은 상기 투명 전극 패턴 중 적어도 한 패턴의 가장자리에 배치되고,
상기 전극 산화 방지층은 상기 케이블 회로와 접촉하는, 터치 패널.
