상기 세차 예약 정보를 차량발렛 단말기에 전송하며, 세차장에 입고되어 세차되는 차량의 세차 진행 정보를 상기 차주 단말기에 전송하는 세차 관리 서버;를 포함하고,
주차장의 출입구에 마련되어 주차장에 출입하는 차량의 차량번호를 판독하는 주차장 게이트 판독기; 및
상기 주차장 게이트 판독기로부터 주차장에 진입하는 차량의 차량번호를 수신하여, 판독된 차량 번호가 주차 허용된 차량번호인 경우 주차 게이트를 개방하여 차량 입장을 허용하고, 판독한 차량번호를 세차 관리 서버로 전송하는 입주자 관리 서버;를 포함하며,
상기 세차 관리 서버는, 상기 입주자 관리 서버로부터 수신한 차량번호가 미리 예약된 세차예약 차량번호인 경우 차량 인수 메시지를 상기 차량발렛 단말기로 전송하고,
