Abstract
Description
도 2는 원심분리에 의한 미생물의 발광량 증대 실험을 한 결과가 나타난 그래프이다.
도 3 내지 도 5는 원심분리를 수행한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우에 생태독성을 평가한 실험 결과 표이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료 독성 평가방법의 개략적 흐름도이다.
Claims (10)
- (a)표준용액에 발광미생물을 투입하고 일정 시간 경과 뒤에 원심분리를 수행한 후 상기 발광미생물의 표준발광량을 측정하는 단계;
(b)상기 발광미생물이 투입된 표준용액에 평가 대상이 되는 고체 시료가 혼합된 현탁액을 투입하고 일정 시간 경과 후 상기 고체 시료가 포함된 용액을 원심분리하는 단계; 및
(c)원심분리 후 상기 발광미생물의 발광량을 측정하여 상기 표준발광량과 비교함으로써 상기 고체 시료의 독성을 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a)단계에서 상기 표준발광량을 측정하기에 앞서 수행하는 원심분리 및 상기 (b)단계에서 발광량을 측정하기에 앞서 수행하는 원심분리는 동일한 속도로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
원심분리는 300~1,000rpm의 속도로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
원심분리는 300~500rpm의 속도로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법. - (a)제1용기에 담겨 있는 표준용액에 발광미생물을 투입하고 일정 시간 경과 후 상기 발광미생물의 표준발광량을 측정하는 단계;
(b)제2용기에 담겨 있는 표준용액에 고체 시료를 투입하여 현탁액을 만들고 이 현탁액에 발광미생물을 투입한 후 원심분리하는 단계;
(c)원심분리 후 상기 발광미생물의 발광량을 측정하여 상기 표준발광량과 비교함으로써 상기 고체 시료의 독성을 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (a)단계에서 표준용액을 먼저 원심분리한 후 상기 표준발광량을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 (a)단계에서 상기 표준발광량을 측정하기에 앞서 수행하는 원심분리 및 상기 (b)단계에서 발광량을 측정하기에 앞서 수행하는 원심분리는 동일한 속도로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
원심분리는 300~1,000rpm의 속도로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
원심분리는 300~500rpm의 속도로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광미생물을 이용한 고체 시료의 생태 독성 평가방법.
