Abstract
탄자의 공기역학적 안정을 위해 제2표시구역은 탄자의 둘레에 걸쳐 균등 분포되며 이를 위해 하나의 광원에서 나온 레이저 빔은 반사경으로 광로를 변경하여 탄착 후에도 소실되지 않는 탄자 표면의 둘레에 걸쳐 식별정보를 표시한다.
이에 따라 격발 메커니즘과 탄도, 그리고 탄착 과정과 탄의 위력에 의한 영향 없이 탄환의 발사 전은 물론 발사 후에도 최선의 식별결과를 얻을 수 있다.

- 레이저 빔을 이용하여 식별정보가 표시(마킹)된 탄환에 있어서,
상기 식별정보는 탄피(10)의 칼퀴홈 면에 할당된 제1표시구역(11)과, 탄자(20)의 측면 중 강내 비마찰면인 철심과 외피가 만나는 부분에서, 철심의 테두리 부분이자 탄자의 초음속 유동시 발생되는 압축 충격파의 각도와 발생시점이 불규칙하게 틀어지는 지점에 할당된 제2표시구역(21)을 포함하고,
상기 제2표시구역(21)에 표시된 제2식별정보는 상기 제1표시구역(11)에 표시된 제1식별정보에 의해 식별 가능한 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄환. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2표시구역(21)은 상기 탄자(20)의 단면적이 급격하게 변화되는 움푹 들어간 지점에 형성되며, 상기 탄자(20)의 둘레에 걸쳐 균등하게 분포되는 복수의 구역인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄환. - 삭제
- 탄피(10)의 칼퀴홈 바닥면에 할당된 제1표시구역(11)에 레이저 빔을 조사하여 제1식별정보를 표시하는 A단계;
탄자(20)의 측면 중, 강내 비마찰면인 철심과 외피가 만나는 부분에서 철심의 테두리 부분이자 탄자의 초음속 유동시 발생되는 압축 충격파의 각도와 발생시점이 불규칙하게 틀어지는 지점에 할당되고 상기 탄자(20)의 단면적이 급격하게 변화되는 움푹 들어간 지점이자 상기 탄자(20)의 중심축을 기준으로 균등 분포되는 복수의 구역인 제2표시구역(21)에 레이저 빔을 조사하여 상기 제1식별정보에 의해 식별 가능한 제2식별정보를 표시하는 B단계; 및
하나의 광원으로부터 상기 제2표시구역(21) 모두에 레이저 빔을 조사하기 위하여 적어도 하나의 반사경으로 상기 레이저 빔의 광로를 변경하는 C단계;를 순차적으로 수행하는 탄환의 식별표시 방법.
