Claims (10)
- 삭제
- a) 차아인산, (C2-C4)알켄, 라디칼개시제 및 물을 교반하여 (C2-C4)알킬차아인산을 제조하는 단계,
b) 상기 a)단계의 (C2-C4)알킬차아인산에 수산화금속염을 첨가하고 교반하여 차아인산계 금속염을 제조하는 단계,
c) 상기 b)단계에서 제조된 차아인산계 금속염을 50℃ 이상에서 증류수로 수세하여 미반응된 (C2-C4)알킬차아인산 및 라디칼개시제를 제거하는 단계, 및
d) 상기 c)단계에서 수세된 차아인산계 금속염을 120 ~ 180℃의 온도 및 진공조건에서 건조하여 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 차아인산계 난연제를 제조하는 단계,
를 포함하는 차아인산계 난연제의 제조방법.

상기 c)단계에서 증류수로 수세하는 과정을 2 내지 4회 실시함을 특징으로 하는 차아인산계 난연제의 제조방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계에서 건조는 120 ~ 180℃의 온도에서 10 ㎜Hg이하의 진공조건으로 건조하는 차아인산계 난연제의 제조방법. - 삭제
