Abstract
본 발명은 내부가 중공된 원통의 형상을 갖고 양측단이 개방된 카본으로 이루어지는 외체(210); 상기 외체(210)의 내부에 설치되고 다수의 보강날개(221)를 구비하는 중심축(220); 상기 외체(210)의 양측단에 끼워져 접착제로 고정되도록 길이(L)로 길게 연장되어 내주면에 내측에서 외측으로 경사면(231b)이 형성된 삽입부재(231)와, 외체(210)의 측면과 밀착되는 걸림부재(232), 및 중심축(220)이 끼워지는 축공(233)을 구비하는 고정플랜지(230)를 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (6)
- 내부가 중공된 원통의 형상을 갖고 양측단이 개방된 카본으로 이루어지는 외체(210); 상기 외체(210)의 내부에 설치되고 다수의 보강날개(221)를 구비하는 중심축(220); 상기 외체(210)의 양측단에 끼워져 접착제로 고정되도록 길이(L)로 길게 연장되어 내주면에 내측에서 외측으로 경사면(231b)이 형성된 삽입부재(231)와, 외체(210)의 측면과 밀착되는 걸림부재(232), 및 중심축(220)이 끼워지는 축공(233)을 구비하는 고정플랜지(230)를 포함하는 것에 있어서,
상기 삽입부재(231)의 외주면에는 접착제가 채워지도록 다수의 접착홈(231a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 쏘의 권선 롤러. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착홈(231a)은 직각삼각형이나 브이형 또는 사각형 중 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 쏘의 권선 롤러.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 축공(233)의 내부에는 중심축(220)의 측면과 밀착되는 걸림턱(233a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 쏘의 권선 롤러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정플랜지(230)의 외측에 보조플랜지(240)를 분리가능하게 장착하되, 상기 보조플랜지(240)에는 고정플랜지(230)의 걸림부재(232)에 밀착되는 연결부재(241)를 형성하고, 상기 걸림부재(232)와 연결부재(241)에는 서로 마주하는 체결홈(232a)(241a)을 각각 형성하며, 상기 고정플랜지(230)의 외면에는 축(236)을 돌출시키고, 상기 보조플랜지(240)의 내면에는 축(236)이 끼워지는 축공(242)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 쏘의 권선 롤러.
