Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an inspection apparatus for a heat-treated product, and more particularly to an inspection apparatus for a heat-treated product that can easily detect a defect in a heat-treated product in which a defect has occurred after the heat-treatment process.
Generally, a planar automobile part is subjected to a quenching process in order to maintain hardness after carburizing heat treatment. At this time, deformation occurs in the heat treated product due to thermal stress, etc., and this causes the product to be defective.
Conventionally, since expensive equipment such as a three-dimensional measuring device is used to measure the deformation of the heat-treated product, it takes a lot of time to inspect the product. Therefore, there is a need for improvement.

An inspection apparatus for a heat-treated product according to the present invention comprises: a pair of support portions provided in mutually spaced-apart shapes; an inclined guide portion inclined between the support portions for guiding the drop of the heat-treated product; A plate-like moving panel part positioned between the fixed part and the inclined guide part; and a plate-shaped moving panel part having one side connected to the fixed part and the other side connected to the moving panel part and moved in a linear direction A drive part for moving the movable panel part in the direction toward the inclined guide part, and a movable panel part positioned between the inclined guide part and the movable panel part and moved by the operation of the drive part, And a gap retaining portion for retaining a negative gap.
