Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a pump for drainage and circulation,

The present invention relates to a drainage circulation pump, and more particularly, to a drainage circulation pump for a washing machine having a detachable diaphragm.

In recent years, a two-way pump for circulating washing water to the inside of the washing machine or discharging the washing water to the outside of the washing machine has been installed. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2007-0059433 discloses a two-way pump installed in a drum washing machine.

The two-way pump disclosed in the above patent opens and closes a drain port and a circulation port by using a solenoid valve 85. At this time, a partition wall 68 is provided between the circulation port and the drain port to define a circulation port and a drain port.

Published patent application No. 10-2010-0028903 (Published date March 15, 2010) Open Patent No. 10-2007-0002541 (published on January 5, 2007) Published Patent No. 10-2012-0128890 (Published date November 28, 2012) Open Patent No. 10-2007-0059433 (Published date June 12, 2007)

In the case of the water pump disclosed in the conventional patent, the partition wall 68 is formed for the two-way communication, but the partition wall 68 is fixed to the pump casing 60. At this time, the efficiency of drainage and circulation varies depending on the shape of the partition wall 68. That is, the partition wall 68 can be variously formed according to the purpose and function of the water pump, but in the case of the conventional patent, since the partition wall 68 is fixed, the problem that the partition wall 68 can not be variously changed there was.

Further, in the case of the conventional water pump disclosed in the prior art, there is a problem that when the pump is continuously used, the efficiency of the motor is lowered due to the heating of the motor.

The present invention is intended to solve the above problems. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a water pump capable of detaching a partition wall and replacing the partition wall with various kinds.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a water pump capable of preventing the motor from overheating by cooling the motor.

The drainage circulation pump according to the present invention includes motor means, an impeller, a housing and a diaphragm. The motor means includes a motor and a can enclosing the motor and enclosing the motor. The impeller is coupled to the rotating shaft of the motor means exposed in the can. The housing has a drain hole and a circulation hole, and a diaphragm groove is formed between the drain hole and the circulation hole, and the impeller is received in the diaphragm groove and coupled to the motor means. Wherein the diaphragm has a partition positioned between the drain port and the circulation port to partition the drain port and the circulation port and a protrusion coupled to one side of the partition to be removably inserted into the diaphragm groove, It can be detached.

Further, in the drainage circulation pump according to the present invention, it is preferable that the circulation hole of the housing is located higher than the drainage hole.

In addition, according to the present invention, it is preferable that the can has a water receiving portion for surrounding the motor to cool the motor, and an opening is formed so that water in the housing can be introduced into the water receiving portion.

According to the present invention, diaphragm grooves are formed in the housing and various diaphragms can be used depending on the purpose of the water pump because the diaphragm is provided in the diaphragm grooves.

According to the present invention, the efficiency of the water pump can be increased because the circulation hole is positioned higher than the drain hole in the housing.

Further, according to the present invention, a water receiving portion is formed inside the can, and water can be supplied to the water receiving portion to cool the motor. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the motor from overheating.

1 to 11, an embodiment of a drainage circulation pump according to the present invention will be described.

The drainage circulation pump according to the present invention includes a motor means 10, an impeller (not shown), a housing 20, and a diaphragm 30.

The motor means 20 includes a can 11 and a motor 13. The can 11 hermetically surrounds the motor 13. At this time, the water receiving portion 11a is formed in the can 11 so as to cool the motor 13. The water receiving portion 11a is located on the outer circumferential surface of the can 11 so as to cover the motor 13. An opening 11b is formed in the can 11 so that water can be introduced into the water receiving portion 11a from inside the housing 20 to be described later.

An impeller (not shown) is coupled to the rotating shaft 15 of the motor 13 exposed in the can 11. Since the motor 13 and the impeller are the same as the conventional motor 13 and the impeller, detailed description is omitted.

The housing 20 receives the impeller and is coupled to the top of the motor means 10. At this time, the housing 20 has a drain hole 21 and a circulation hole 23, and a diaphragm groove 25 is formed between the drain hole 21 and the circulation hole 23. At this time, the circulation port 23 is located at a higher level than the drain port 21, and the diameter of the drain port 21 is larger than the diameter of the circulation port 23. The efficiency of the water pump becomes higher when the circulation port 23 is located higher than the drain port 21. [

The diaphragm 30 is positioned between the drain port 21 and the circulation port 23 so as to partition the drain port 21 and the circulation port 23. For this purpose, the diaphragm 30 has a partition wall 31 and a projection 33. The protrusion 33 is detachably inserted into the diaphragm groove 25 of the housing 20 and the partition wall 31 is extended from the protrusion 33 so as to divide the drain hole 21 and the circulation hole 23 . As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the diaphragm 30 may be formed in various shapes. This can be variously modified depending on the purpose of the water pump. Since the diaphragm 30 can be attached to and detached from the housing 20, the diaphragm 30 can be mounted variously according to the purpose of the water pump.

The water circulation pump of this embodiment is installed in a washing machine. When the motor 13 is operated, the impeller rotates. At this time, when the motor 13 is operated and the impeller rotates counterclockwise with reference to FIG. 2, the water is discharged to the drain port 21, and when the impeller rotates clockwise, the water is discharged to the circulation port 23. Since the diaphragm 30 divides the drain port 21 and the circulation port 23, water can be discharged to the drain port 21 or the circulation port 23 in accordance with the direction of rotation of the impeller, thereby increasing the efficiency of the water pump. Since the diaphragm 30 can be detached from the inside of the housing 20, the diaphragm 30 can be replaced in various shapes.

When the impeller rotates, the water in the housing 20 flows into the drain port 21 or the circulation port 23 while a part of the water flows into the water receiving portion 11a through the opening 11b of the can 11 . The water introduced into the water accommodating portion 11a and stored therein cools the motor 13 to prevent the motor 13 from being overheated.
