Abstract
본 발명은 유입된 악취 가스에 산성수를 분사하여 염기성 가스인 질소계 암모니아와 아민류의 가스를 중화하는 1차흡수층과; 상기 1차흡수층을 거친 악취 가스에 알칼리수를 분사하여 황화수소와 메틸머캅탄을 산화 및 중화하는 2차흡수층과; 상기 2차흡수층을 거친 악취 가스에 정전기력으로 고비점물질과 황화수소, 저비점물질인 암모니아를 제거하고, 코로나 방전에 의해 오존을 발생시켜 미생물의 세균 증식을 억제하는 정전 디미스터와; 상기 정전 디미스터를 거친 악취 가스에 오존 라디칼을 생성하여 알데히드성 성분을 산화에 의해 분해하는 저온산화촉매층과; 상기 저온산화촉매층을 거친 악취 가스에 잔류하는 카르복시산과 비극성 탄화수소의 성분을 비극성 흡착에 의해 제거하는 중성활성탄층을 순차적으로 거쳐 탈취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기술 융합형 복합 악취제거 시스템을 제안한다.
따라서 본 발명은 다양한 특성의 악취 성분에 따라 최적의 탈취 메커니즘을 적용하고, 각 처리 방식의 단점을 보완, 조합함으로써 최적의 탈취 성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하여 악취제거의 효율을 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 단계별 악취 성분 처리부를 하나의 장치에 일체로 구성함으로써 제작비용을 절감할 수 있어 더욱 경제적이며, 설치공간을 최소화하여 유지관리가 더욱 용이한 효과가 있다.

- 유입된 악취 가스에 산성수를 분사하여 염기성 가스인 질소계 암모니아(NH₃)와 아민류의 가스를 중화하는 1차흡수층(20)과;
상기 1차흡수층(20)을 거친 악취 가스에 알칼리수를 분사하여 황화수소와 메틸머캅탄을 산화 및 중화하는 2차흡수층(40)과;
상기 2차흡수층(40)을 거친 악취 가스에 정전기력으로 고비점물질(타르)과 황화수소, 저비점물질인 암모니아를 제거하고, 코로나 방전에 의해 오존을 발생시켜 미생물의 세균 증식을 억제하는 정전 디미스터(60)와;
상기 정전 디미스터(60)를 거친 악취 가스에 오존 라디칼을 생성하여 알데히드성 성분을 산화에 의해 분해하는 저온산화촉매층(70)과;
상기 저온산화촉매층(70)을 거친 악취 가스에 잔류하는 카르복시산과 비극성 탄화수소(Hydrocarbon)의 성분을 비극성 흡착에 의해 제거하는 중성활성탄층(80);
을 순차적으로 거쳐 탈취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기술 융합형 복합 악취제거 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 1차흡수층(20)에는 산성용액(33)으로 황산(H₂SO₄)을 이용하며, 상기 2차흡수층(40)에는 알칼리용액(55)으로 수산화나트륨(NaOH)과 차아염소산나트륨(NaOCl)의 혼합물을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기술 융합형 복합 악취제거 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 정전 디미스터(60)는 상측에 복수의 메인행거빔(61)이 간격을 이루며 결합되고, 상기 메인행거빔(61)의 하측에는 고전압이 인가되는 복수의 방전극(62)이 간격을 이루고 결합되며, 상기 방전극(62)의 외주면에는 복수의 방전핀(63)이 상하로 간격을 이루며 결합되고, 상기 방전극(62)의 외측에는 간격을 이루며 평판형인 집진극(64)이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 기술 융합형 복합 악취제거 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 1차흡수층(20) 및 2차흡수층(40)은 내식성 유리섬유강화플라스틱(FRP)으로 구성되며, 상기 저온산화촉매층(70)은 산화구리(CuO), 이산화망간(MnO₂), 칼륨(K), 알루미나(Al₂O₃)로 구성되고, 상기 중성활성탄층(80)은 석탄(Coal)과 코코넛(Coconut)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기술 융합형 복합 악취제거 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 1차흡수층(20)과 2차흡수층(40)의 상측에는 악취 성분이 미세한 물방울로 다음 단계로 이동하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 미세한 그물망이 각각 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 기술 융합형 복합 악취제거 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 정전 디미스터(60)와 저온산화촉매층(70)의 사이에는 오존의 발생을 증폭할 수 있도록 오존발생기(O)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 기술 융합형 복합 악취제거 시스템.
