Abstract
The present invention relates to a multi-vehicle common pallet used for loading and transporting a seat object. The multi-vehicle common pallet includes a body portion, a first plate, a second plate, a first position adjusting member, and a second position adjusting member. The body part comprises a plurality of horizontal bars and vertical bars. The first plate is horizontally mounted on one side of the body so that one end of the object is seated on the upper portion and the position of the object is adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the object. The second plate is formed as a pair and is spaced apart from the first plate and seats the other end of the seating object on the upper portion and is adjustable in the width direction of the seating object. The first position adjusting member is disposed at a lower portion of the first plate and is configured to adjust the position by moving the first plate in the longitudinal direction of the seating object. The second position adjustment member is disposed below the second plate and is configured to adjust the position of the first plates in the width direction of the seating object.
Description
The present invention relates to a multi-vehicle common pallet for use in loading and conveying an object to be placed.
Generally, the body of a vehicle is assembled by assembling a plurality of panels through a press work and a roll forming operation. The body panel or its parts constituting the body of such an automobile is produced by mass production at each part in a line at a time Thereby securing the quantity.
As the body panel or parts are mass-produced in this manner, the pallet is temporarily stored or transported to the next process until the next process. In the process, the robot device can accurately load the objects placed on the pallet, So that it is placed at the setting position.
On the other hand, the conventional pallet is disadvantageous in that the die on which the object to be seated is fixed is installed inside the pallet, so that the object to be seated of various sizes can not be seated on the pallet. Therefore, pallets are required to be produced and used depending on the size of the object to be placed, resulting in an increase in production cost.
The object of the present invention is to provide a multi-vehicle common pallet which is capable of adjusting various lengths and widths of a portion on which an object to be placed is placed according to the size of the object to be placed, .
To achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a multi-vehicle common pallet comprising: a body including a plurality of horizontal bars and vertical bars; A first plate which is horizontally mounted on one side of the body part and seats one end of the object to be seated on the upper part and is adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the object to be seated; A pair of second plates spaced apart from the first plate so as to seat the other end of the object to be placed on the upper portion and to adjust the position of the object in the width direction; A first position adjusting member disposed at a lower portion of the first plate to adjust the position of the first plate by moving the first plate in the longitudinal direction of the seating object; And a second position adjusting member disposed below the second plate and capable of adjusting the position of the first plates in the width direction of the seating object.
According to the present invention, it is possible to adjust the length and the width direction of the portion on which the object to be placed is placed according to the size of the object to be placed, so that it is possible to load various kinds of objects to be placed on one pallet. Accordingly, it is not necessary to produce pallets for each size of the object to be seated, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
