하기의 단계로 구성되는 염모 조성물의 제조방법:
(A) 점증제로서의 카보머 2.6~3.6중량%와 폴리솔베이트 0.5~2.0중량%를 70~80℃의 정제수를 가하여 용해시키는 점증제 용해 단계;
(B) 상기한 단계 (A)와는 별도로, 염모제로서의 질산은 0.6~1.5중량%와, 점증제로서의 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스 2.5~3.5중량%와, 피부 보호제로서의 디메치콘 1.5~3.5중량%와, 모발 유연화제로서의 사이클로메치콘 1.5~2.5중량%와, 헤어 컨디셔닝제 5~11.7중량%를 혼합하고 정제수를 넣어 용해시키는 단계;
(C) 상기한 단계 (A) 및 (B)의 혼합물을 혼합 교반하는 단계;
(D) 점증제로서의 스테아릴 알코올 2.4~3.4중량% 및 베헤닐 알코올 2.0~3.0중량%와, 헤어 컨디셔닝제로서의 페닐트리메치콘 1.3~2.3중량%와, 유화제로서의 글리세릴 스테아레이트 1~3중량%를 80℃에서 용해시키는 단계; 및
(E) 상기한 단계 (D)의 혼합물을 상기한 단계 (C)의 혼합물과 혼합하여 교반하고, 50℃로 냉각시켜 탈포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 하기의 단계로 구성되는 염모 조성물의 제조방법:
