초사로 섬도 50d/36fila ~ 75d/72fila, B-force 351.5~353.4cN, 신도 27.6~~28.9% 및 강도 4.6~4.8gf/d인 폴리에스테르 이형단면필라멘트를 오버피드율 20~24%로 공급하여,
상기 심사 및 초사를 공기압 9~11 ㎏/㎠으로 에어텍스쳐하고 180℃∼200℃의 히터를 통과시켜 열처리한 후, 사속 400∼450m/min로 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건성 및 신축성이 우수한 에어텍스쳐사의 제조방법.
