Recently, sports / casual wear has been developed with a variety of functional products, and a number of lightweight thermal insulation materials have been developed in response to the global warming countermeasures. In addition to these functionalities, the comfort of clothes in the psychological and sensory comfort, convenience, and health and safety has been emphasized in response to new demands for comfort.

The major factors of this comfort are not only the temperature, humidity, and airflow of the micro-space between clothing and skin, but also the clothing pressure (comfort) Do.

In order to satisfy the comfort of the clothes, development of a stretch material has been actively carried out in order to improve the feeling of contact between clothing and skin, which is the pressing force of the clothes, which is the pressing force that the skin receives from the clothes.

In general, synthetic fibers have been mainly used to impart elasticity. In recent years, natural products have been preferred in accordance with environment-friendly product trends. Thus, the elasticity of various materials such as cotton, rayon, However, in comparison with synthetic fibers, the elasticity is not sufficiently manifested and the use thereof as a stretchable material has not been commercialized.

Spandex, the most widely used synthetic material to give elasticity to apparel products, is most widely used because of its high elasticity and unique elasticity. As a typical method, a core is made of spandex and a staple fiber such as a synthetic fiber is covered with a spiral structure in a covering machine, but a twist number suitable for tension fluctuation and number of turns due to the spindle speed There is a problem in the weaving. Further, there is a problem of environmental pollution in the manufacturing process, deterioration of physical properties in a high-temperature and high-pressure process, and defective dyeing. In the case of such a spandex covering fabric, even if a hollow fiber of light insulation is applied together, the effect of light insulation can not be exhibited due to the weight of the spandex.

Therefore, it is possible to solve the disadvantages of the spandex covering fabric and to solve the problem of poor staining unique to spandex and deterioration of tactile feel upon contact with human body, to overcome the weight feeling of spandex, Development is necessary.

In order to improve the elasticity, the development and the demand of the pottery housing have been increasing recently. The pottery housing is soft as a new and contraction material which utilizes the inherent potential of the potential crimp even though the crimper is not separately provided It has been developed for a variety of clothes applications because of its excellent stretch and feel. Korean Patent Application No. 10-2003- 0070187 discloses a polyester-based stretchable laminate characterized by using a side-by-side PTT / PET latent sheeting composite yarn as a core yarn and a partially oriented PET micro fiber as an effect yarn The present invention provides a composite warp yarn, which not only exhibits a high degree of stretchability but also exhibits a composite warp yarn excellent in dyeing property, soft touch feeling and workability. However, since the warming effect is difficult to produce and the production cost is high, There is a difficult problem in setting the conditions in the "

In the case of the material for keeping warm, a hollow fiber type yarn is mainly developed recently, and in the case of sweat-absorbing quick-drying yarn, a deformed cross-section yarn is mainly made. These materials may be applied to weaving alone, or may be used in combination with other materials by yarn processing techniques such as twisting, interlacing, and the like, but they have not achieved sufficient results in terms of stretchability.

Therefore, the present invention overcomes the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art to provide an excellent stretchability for the development of an apparel product that satisfies all the aspects of activity, functionality, and design, and exhibits an optimal comfort, And it is a technical object of the present invention to provide a composite yarn which overcomes the weight of spandex and is excellent in light weight and warmth functionality.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the polyester based latent crimping filament is supplied at an overfeed rate of 11 to 15%

Polyester hollow filaments were supplied at an overfeed rate of 18 to 22%

Characterized in that the above-mentioned examination and napping are air-textured at an air pressure of 8 to 15 kg / cm 2, passed through a heater at 170 ° C to 200 ° C for heat treatment and then wound at a speed of 400-450 m / min. A manufacturing method of the yarn is provided.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

The present invention relates to a method for producing an air-textured processed yarn for producing loops on a yarn surface by spraying high-pressure air in a diagonal direction through a polyester-based latent crimping filament-polyester hollow filament through an air-texture nozzle. It is possible to provide an air texture processing yarn excellent in warmth and stretchability.

The manufacturing method of the air texture yarn of the present invention largely consists of the inspection and supply of superfine yarn, the air texture, the heat treatment and the winding step.

First, the polyester based latent crimping filament is supplied at an overfeeding rate of 11 to 15% by examination. When the overfeeding rate is less than 11%, the strength of the obtained air-textured yarn is increased, but the elongation is decreased. There is a problem that the strength is lowered and the fineness is increased and the thread is thickened.

On the other hand, the polyester hollow filament is supplied at an overfeeding rate of 18 to 22% as an initiator. When the overfeeding rate is less than 18%, the strength of the obtained air-textured yarn is increased, There is a problem in that the strength is lowered and irregular loops are much developed and the quality of the air textured yarn is deteriorated.

In the present invention, the polyester-based latent crimping filament supplied in the present invention has a fineness of 70d / 24fila to 75d / 36fila and a heat shrinkage of 15 to 20%, a B-force of 275 to 282cN, an elongation of 25 to 28% and a strength of 3.5 to 3.8gf / d polyethylene terephthalate / polytrimethylene terephthalate side by side composite siderite,

Polyester hollow filaments that are supplied as superabsorbent are 70d / 48fila ~ 75d / 36fila, B-force 346.2 ~ 348.5cN, elongation 27 ~ 30% and strength 4.2 ~ 4.9gf / d. , Suitable elongation and loaf expression, and warmth by hollow.

Then, the above-mentioned examination and napping are supplied to the air texture nozzle to form air texture yarn at an air pressure of 8 to 15 kg / cm 2. If the air pressure is less than 8 kg / cm < 2 >, the collapse is not completely performed and uneven loops can be generated. If the air pressure exceeds 15 kg / cm < 2 >

If the diameter of the air texture nozzle is less than 1.2 mm, the strength of the obtained air-textured yarn is increased, but the elongation is reduced and the rate of change in the number of luxuries is increased. There is a problem that irregular loops increase.

If the examination ratio is less than 45%, the strength of the air-textured yarn may be lowered and the elongation may become too high, resulting in a 55% If it exceeds, the strength is increased, but the elongation may become too low.

After the air-texture post-composite yarn is passed through a heater at 170 ° C to 200 ° C and heat-treated, the air-textured yarn of the present invention is produced by winding the composite yarn at a speed of 400-450 m / min. If it is less than 170 DEG C, there is a problem that the bulky property is not maintained due to the lack of thermal stability. If the temperature exceeds 200 DEG C, a problem of property deterioration may occur. In the case of less than 400 m / min, a problem of productivity deteriorates. When the air pressure exceeds 450 m / min, the air pressure of the air-textured yarn is infiltrated into the air- There is a problem in that the amount of the water is reduced.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a heat insulating and stretchable air-permeable sheet having a fineness of 150d / 72fila to 160d / 72fila, a B-force of 483.5 to 484.2cN, an elongation of 22 to 25%, a shrinkage ratio of 12 to 15% and a strength of 2.7 to 3.2gf / Texture yarn can be provided, which has excellent properties of excellent warmth, excellent tactile feel due to loop expression, and improved elongation.

Therefore, according to the present invention, not only stretchability but also spandex unique dyed defects and deterioration of tactile sensation during human contact can be solved, thereby providing excellent stretchability, overcoming the weight of spandex and providing excellent lightweight / warmth- It is possible to manufacture clothing products that satisfy all the aspects of activity, functionality, and design by providing composite yarns and exhibit optimal comfort, and can be utilized as clothing for senior casual wear which is excellent in activity due to stretchability as well as keeping warmth.
