And a moving body formed at a front end of the rotating body,
Wherein the movable body is movable forward and backward with respect to the rotating body.

And a fixing pin for binding the movable body and the rotating body,
Wherein the moving body is elastically movable forward and rearward relative to the rotating body in a state where the moving body and the rotating body are engaged by the fixing pin.

And a rear end portion of the rotary body connected to the elbow rotation axis is formed in a "U" -shaped structure in which a user's elbow can be seated.

Wherein the rotatable member is movable in the left-right direction with respect to the frame.

Wherein the rotation member is vertically adjustable in height with respect to the frame.

A chair coupling portion to which a chair member capable of seating the user is coupled is formed at the rear of the frame,
Wherein the frame is formed at a height such that the body can be supported by the support member when the user is seated.

Wherein the chair member is detachably attachable to the chair coupling portion.
14. The method of claim 13,
Wherein the chair member is movable in a forward and backward direction with respect to the chair coupling portion.
The method according to claim 1,
Further comprising a remote controller for controlling a motion state of the rotating member.
