Claims (22)

1. Krafttrainingsgerät zum Trainieren der Armmuskulatur, bei dem, von einem in einer Sitzanordnung (26, 27) sitzenden und sich durch Armstütze (10) und Bruststütze (11) ab­ stützenden Trainierenden (4), mittels Bewegung der Arme (6, 6', 12) um das Ellenbogengelenk (9) ein Gewicht ange­ hoben wird, und zur Übertragung der Bewegung mindestens ein Lastarm (2, 2') dient, der drehbar am Rahmen (1) des Kraftsportgerätes angeordnet ist, mit Gewichten belastet und an seinem Ende einen Halteträger (17) zur Halterung der Handgriffe (14) aufweist, der Halteträger (17) für die Handgriffe (14) senkrecht zum Lastarm (2, 2') und waagerecht vor dem Trainierenden (4) angeordnet und in der Längsrichtung des Lastarms (2, 2') verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung des Halteträ­ gers (17) für die Handgriffe (14) zum Lastarm (2, 2') durch einen ersten Führungswagen (18, 18') gebildet ist, der auf einer Profilschiene (19) in Längsrichtung des Lastarms (2, 2') während des Trainings permanent ver­ schiebbar angeordnet ist und die Verbindungen der Hand­ griffe (14) mit dem Halteträger (17) durch weitere Füh­ rungswagen (20) gebildet sind, die während des Trainings in Längsrichtung auf dem Halteträger (17) für die Hand­ griffe (14) permanent verschiebbar angeordnet sind.1.
