금형(110)을 하강시켜 분리시키는 단계 및;

상부쳄버(130)를 상승시켜 분리시키고 성형품은 출구로 배출시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 및 압공에 의한 냉장고 케이스의 성형방법.

상기 로킹바(140)는 테이블(150)과 결합하는 끝부분에 로킹홈(147)이 형성되고, 실린더(160) 작동에 결합된 스토퍼(165)가 로킹홈(147)에 결합 또는 분리되면서 로킹바(140)가 테이블(150)에 결합 또는 분리되도록 형성된 로킹부(145);

상부쳄버(130)에 에어를 압축하는 에어압축장치;

상부쳄버(130)의 에어를 배기하는 배기장치;

수지시트(100)의 하부에 위치하고, 테이블(150)에 장착되어 오르내리면서 수지시트와 접촉 또는 분리되도록 형성된 금형(110) 및;

테이블(150)과 금형(100)의 결합으로 형성되는 하부쳄버(120)를 진공 형성하는 진공펌프; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 및 압공에 의한 냉장고 케이스의 성형장치.
