Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a building material, and more particularly, to a composite insulation panel including a waterproof and moisture-proof layer.
Examples of the heat insulating material generally used in the construction field include foamable synthetic resins such as foamed styrene foam, foamed urethane foam and foamed phenol foam.
Of these, foamed urethane foam (PIR, PU), foamed phenol foam (PF) and the like are made of a heat insulating panel by applying a surface member at the time of molding, and nonwoven fabric, paper, aluminum foil, .
In the dry bit method generally used for external insulation of a building, a heat insulating panel is attached to an outer wall of a building using an adhesive, an adhesive is applied to the outer surface of the heat insulating panel, a glass fiber net is attached, It is done in the order of applying or spraying the finishing material (coat or the like).
However, when the external insulation is performed by the above-described method, the process is complicated and takes a long time, and the quality of the external insulation is largely influenced by various conditions such as the skill of the operator, the weather, and the like .
따라서, 상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 단열시공 전에 미리 단열패널(1)에 접착제를 바르고 유리섬유망(3)을 부착하고 그 위에 모르타르층(2)을 형성한 복합단열패널 등이 공급되고 있다(등록실용 20-0391764 참조).Accordingly, in order to solve the above problems, as shown in FIG. 1, an adhesive is applied to the
However, since the above-mentioned composite heat insulating panel is insufficient in the waterproofing and moisture-proofing performance of the
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a composite insulation panel having improved heat insulation performance, winter condensation phenomenon, and durability, which have been solved to solve the above problems of the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a composite insulation panel with improved construction efficiency.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, well-known functions or constructions are not described in detail since they would unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Since the composite
Specifically, when moisture penetrates into the heat insulating panel, the air inside the heat insulating panel is replaced with the water permeated, so that the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating panel sharply drops. In addition, the moisture penetrated into the heat insulating panel deteriorates the interior and exterior materials in contact with the heat insulating panel. In the case of the organic insulating panel, the heat insulating panel itself also corrodes. Particularly, in the case of the inorganic insulating panel, the fibrous material absorbs moisture by the capillary phenomenon, so that it is very vulnerable to the penetration of moisture.
The effects of the waterproof /
However, as shown in FIG. 8, when the waterproof / moisture-proof layer of the present invention is laminated on the heat insulating panel, water is not absorbed into the heat insulating panel even if water mixed with ink is dropped on the surface of the waterproof / moisture proof layer. Further, as shown in Fig. 9, even when a waterproof / moisture-proof layer is laminated on a heat insulating panel and a glass fiber net is laminated thereon, moisture is not absorbed by the heat insulating panel because it is blocked by a waterproof and moisture-proof layer.
Particularly, in the composite insulation panel of the present invention, the waterproof /
In the composite thermal insulation panel of the present invention, the waterproof / moisture proof layer is not particularly limited and may be formed by a known waterproof / moisture proof material used in this field. For example, a resin-type waterproof / moisture-proof material including at least one selected from the group consisting of a urethane resin, an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, and the like.
More specifically, a urethane or TYPE III liquid type coating agent can be used. Examples of the urethane type coating agent include "Monotan" manufactured by KCC Corporation and "Urethane Adhesive " Liquid type coating agent of TYPE III ".
In the composite insulation panel of the present invention, the cement mortar layer may be formed of polymer-cement mortar, and the polymer-cement mortar may be any of those known in the art.
In the composite heat insulating panel of the present invention, the heat insulating panel and the glass fiber net can be used without limitation as those known in the art.
The composite insulation panel of the present invention can be manufactured by the method as shown in Fig. That is, a waterproof / moisture-proof layer is coated on the heat insulating panel 10 (FIG. 3 (a)), and the
The
When the
That is, the structure of the mortar layer as described above can firmly bond the composite insulation panels, and also prevents the joint between the composite insulation panels from protruding, so that the construction surface can be formed as a horizontal plane.
Fig. 5 shows a method of constructing a composite thermal insulation panel having no edge portion as described above. As shown in FIG. 5, in the case of the composite heat insulating panel having no structure of the mortar layer as in the present invention, since the glass fiber net is attached to the joining portion between the composite heat insulating panels and the putty is applied and finished, I can not help it.
