Description

가교시트를 사용한 캠핑매트 및 그 제조방법{camping a mat}Camping mats using a crosslinked sheet and method of manufacturing the same [

The present invention relates to a camping mat used in outdoor activities and a method of manufacturing the camping mat. More particularly, the present invention relates to a camping mat, which is formed by polyethylene (PE) and is waterproof, The fabric is integrally formed with the crosslinked sheet so as not to cause any separation, so that even when water or beverage is spilled on the fabric, the fabric is not impregnated with the fabric will be.

At the same time, the back surface of the crosslinked sheet is prevented from being damaged and prevented from being separated.

As shown in FIG. 4, the mat used at the time of camping uses a crosslinked sheet 10 which is molded into polyethylene (PE) for the most waterproofing.

However, the mat made only of such a crosslinked sheet has a problem of barking easily by the sharpness of the bottom surface having branches or sharp stones in the camping area and the contact feeling is poor due to the absorption of moisture when the surface is in contact with the skin, It is very hygienic because it is caused by sweat or moisture, or it is dusted with such water.

Therefore, recently, as shown in Fig. 5, the fabric 20 or the like is selectively joined to the upper, lower, upper or lower portions of the crosslinked sheet 10 by using the adhesive 1, if necessary.

However, in this case, the lapping method is merely a combination of a simple adhesive coating and a pressurized fabric, so that the fabric is separated as the leather is peeled off as the fabric and the crosslinked sheet are separated from each other by temperature change or moisture.

In addition, when such an adhesive is used, the flexibility of the crosslinked sheet is lowered, the crosslinked sheet is hardened in the state where the fabric is cured while the adhesive is cured, and, in the case of using in an enclosed space, It is.

Therefore, in recent years, there has been proposed a method in which the surface of the crosslinked sheet is heated with heat to cause the surface of the crosslinked sheet to melt, and then the fabric of the same material as the crosslinked sheet is laminated. In this case, If the process of losing the waterproof function or breaking the adhesive after melting or puncturing is not performed at a constant temperature, the cause of incapability of bonding is lost and the practical economical efficiency is lowered.

Accordingly, the present invention prevents tearing of the back surface of the crosslinked sheet and also makes the fabric liner of the surface of the crosslinked sheet integrally formed with the crosslinked sheet, so that the fabric and the crosslinked sheet are never separated and the flexibility of the crosslinked sheet is maintained This prevents the water from penetrating into the fabric and also protects the coating by the various colors as the coating for the protection of the backing is not separated.

For this purpose, in order to prevent tearing of the back surface of the crosslinked sheet, the same material as that of the crosslinked sheet is melted and then the melt is finely applied to the back surface of the crosslinked sheet.

In this case, it is advantageous that the surface of the crosslinked sheet formed by the temperature of the melt is fired and is not separated because it is dyed prior to coating or repeatedly applying such coating.

Further, a synthetic resin sheet on the surface of the crosslinked sheet is heated on the surface of the flexible sheet by melting the resin (polyethylene (PE) resin in the present invention) having the same characteristics as the crosslinked sheet to melt the melted resin, As the melt is applied to the surface of the crosslinked sheet in a spraying or flowing down manner on the surface of the crosslinked sheet, the crosslinked sheet surface exceeds the firing range due to the applied heat, and at this time, The fabric and the spray liquid are formed integrally with the crosslinked sheet, so that the fabric is joined with the crosslinked sheet.

At this time, polyethylene terephthalate (PE) yarn having the same material characteristics as that of the crosslinked sheet was used.

In addition, by forming a fluorine-treated coating layer so that the water does not permeate the surface of the fabric, the water is hardly penetrated even though it is strong in heat, so that the surface of the crosslinked sheet having the fabric- So that it can be used cleanly and hygienically.

Therefore, the cross-linking sheet for camping of the present invention does not cause a change in shape due to heat due to the coating layer by the thermosetting resin on the bottom surface, increases the surface hardness and easily prevents tearing, and at the same time, The flexibility of the crosslinked sheet itself is maintained as it is, and the surface of the fabric is excellent in touch with the skin, and the penetration of moisture can not be achieved, so that the fabric can be used cleanly and hygienically.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The basic material used in the present invention is applied to a crosslinked sheet 10 formed of polyethylene (PE) which is light and has a cushioning force and is waterproof.

Particularly, in the present invention, when the fabric 20 is joined to the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10, the fabric 20 woven using polyethylene yarn (PE yarn) having the same material characteristics as the crosslinked sheet 10 And the fluorocarbon coating layer 21 is formed on the surface of the fabric 20 by the fluorocarbon coating process having excellent water repellent function.

However, the same water-repellent function is maintained even when fluorine coating is performed on the surface of the fabric in the state of being laminated with the crosslinked sheet 10 for the purpose of realizing the fluorine coating layer 21. [

At this time, the fluorine coating process for forming the fluorine coating layer 21 for water repellency is performed by applying silicone or fluorine coating to the fabric 20 at a temperature of about 200 캜 after printing or dyeing.

In addition, a polyethylene (PE) resin corresponding to the same material as the crosslinked sheet 10 is melted and coated on the back surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 so as to prevent the crosslinked sheet 10 from being torn or the like.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, a resin having the same material as that of the crosslinked sheet is melted on the back surface of the crosslinked sheet 10, and the molten liquid is applied to the back surface of the crosslinked sheet to a predetermined thickness, 30) is formed to reinforce the back surface of the crosslinked sheet. The coating of such a melt can provide better reinforcement in the case of multiple working.

Therefore, the bottom coating layer 30 is integrally coated with the back surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 by the melt applied to the back surface of the crosslinked sheet 10, so that the bottom coating layer 30 is never separated from the crosslinked sheet 10 by external force I will not.

In order to realize various colors when the bottom coating layer 30 is formed, when the resin to be melted is compounded for the implementation of the bottom coating layer 30, a pigment is added or the back side of the crosslinked sheet 10 is dyed The bottom coating layer 30 is formed by applying the resin in which the pigment is not added in a state of being melted.

Therefore, the back surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 can be easily prevented from being torn due to the sharpness of the bottom surface of the camping floor due to the bottom coating layer 30, and the surface hardness can be increased.

At this time, the bottom coating layer 30 can be repeatedly coated with a plurality of coatings, and the thickness of such a coating is coated with an appropriate thickness in consideration of flexibility.

The surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 is coated with a crosslinked sheet 10 on the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 to join the fabric 20 having the same material characteristics as the crosslinked sheet 10 as shown in Figs. 2A, 2B, The resin (polyethylene (PE) resin) having the same characteristics as the material of the sheet 10 is melted at a melting temperature, and the molten melt is sprayed or flowed down on the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 And the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 is integrally connected with the melt forming the applied layer 11 and surface firing is performed so that the fabric 20 is spread on the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 in the previous stage of melting, So that the fabric 20 and the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 are integrally formed so that the fabric 20 is joined to the crosslinked sheet 10. Thereafter, Cooling process .

At this time, the melting temperature of the melt forming the coating layer 11 in the present invention is melted at about 315 ° C in consideration of the error range, and the melt flows down through the fine holes to the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10, In this state, the melt is applied to the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 to a fine thickness, and the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 is integrated with the fabric 20 which is stuck at the previous stage of melting while the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 is out of the step of sintering due to the high temperature of the melt It will be lost.

In this case, considering the fact that the temperature drops rapidly when laminating the fabric 20, the lint spacing is made to lie at intervals of 10 to 15 cm in the present invention, so that the most excellent laminated condition can be obtained.

This is because when the melt forming the coating layer 11 is applied on the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 in the laminating process and the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10 is changed to an unfired state, And a lapping occurs at about 250 캜.

In the present invention, the woven fabric 20 used at this time is woven using polyethylene (PE) yarn having the same material characteristics as that of the crosslinked sheet 10, so that the woven fabric 20, And the fabric 20 are integrally formed.

In addition, the fluorine-containing coating layer 21 having excellent water-repellent function and excellent releasability is formed so that water does not permeate the surface of the fabric 20, which is exposed on the surface of the crosslinked sheet 10, The water is not infiltrated into the fabric 20, and when the fabric 20 is in contact with the skin, the softness of the fabric is excellent while the softness of the fabric is maintained and the hygienic use It becomes possible.
