Description
BLACKOUT FABRIC
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the technical field of fabrics, and more particularly, to a blackout fabric and the application thereof
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the prior art, the traditional full-blackout fabrics sold on the market are normally repeatedly coated with three layers of coating on the base cloth by utilizing a coating equipment, thereby achieving the light-shielding effect. However, for the coating slurry contains a certain amount of benzene series solvents, the environment can be easily polluted during the preparing process of the slurry, and peculiar smell can be given off under the sunshine. Moreover, the coating inevitably leads to a poor hand feeling and a heavy weight of the fabric. The fabric doesn't feel soft enough, is easy to age, and is not washable. After prolonged use, it's impossible to prevent the coating from falling off or stripping. Additionally, the time consumed in the coating step is long, and the land occupation is high, greatly increasing the cost. During use, the heat preservation performance of the traditional full-blackout fabric is low. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the present invention is to solve the shortcomings in the prior art by providing a full-blackout fabric, which has ideal light-shielding effect, and is eco-friendly and washable.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: A full-blackout fabric comprising a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises a first base cloth, a black TPU film and a second base cloth, and the first base cloth, the black TPU film and the second base cloth are bonded together from bottom to top.
After adopting the aforesaid technical solution, compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: Through the black TPU film arranged between the first base cloth and the second base cloth, 100% light-shielding effect can be achieved. As there's no coating on the fabric, the original quality of the fabric can be kept, enabling the full-blackout fabric to be soft, breathable, ageing-resistant, eco-friendly and washable. The preparing process is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the land occupation is low. In another preferred embodiment, the thickness of the black TPU film is not greater than 0.02mm. When the thickness is controlled within 0.02mm, the cost increase can be avoided so that a better market competitiveness can be achieved. If the thickness is greater than 0.02mm, the cost of the full-blackout fabric is higher than that of the coating blackout-fabric, which is not beneficial to market promotion.
In another preferred embodiment, the first base cloth is any one of cotton, polyester fabric or blended fabric of cotton and polyester, wherein the second base cloth is any one of cotton, polyester fabric, blended fabric of cotton and polyester or non-woven fabric.
In another preferred embodiment, the first base cloth, the TPU film and the second base cloth are bonded together from bottom to top by using PU adhesive.
In another preferred embodiment, the surfaces where the first base cloth and the second base cloth are laminated with the TPU film are respectively punched with a polypropylene cloth. The first base cloth and the second base cloth are bonded with the TPU film through heating the polypropylene cloth. In this way, the use of adhesive agent can be avoided, which is more eco-friendly.
In another preferred embodiment, the first base cloth is cotton cloth, and the second base cloth is polyester fabric.
In another preferred embodiment, the first base cloth is cotton cloth, and the second base cloth is non-woven cloth, wherein the non-woven cloth is made of 10 recycled PET. The non-woven cloth made of recycled PET is more environmentally friendly.
The present invention also provides a full-blackout fabric that can be applied as curtain cloth or curtain lining.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figure 1 is a sectional view of embodiment 1 of the present invention; Figure 2 is a sectional view of embodiment 2 of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Drawings and detailed embodiments are combined hereinafter to elaborate the technical principles of the present invention.
Embodiment 1 As shown in Figure 1, a full-blackout fabric comprises a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises a first base cloth 23, a black TPU film 22 and a second base cloth 21. The first base cloth 23, the black TPU film 22 and the second base cloth 21 are bonded together from bottom to top by using a ROHS-compliant PU adhesive, wherein the first base cloth 23 is cotton cloth, the second base cloth 21 is polyester cloth, and the black TPU film 22 is a black TPU film with the thickness of 0.015mm.
The TPU film 22 is prepared by a film-blowing process, and the thickness of the TPU film 22 is controlled to be 0.015mm. Compared with the prior coating full-blackout fabric using cotton cloth and polyester cloth as the base cloth, the full-blackout fabric of the present invention doesn't increase the cost, and the TPU film prepared by the film-blowing process has good air permeability and water resistance. For the TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) film has excellent high-tension (can be extended by 150% without deformation), high tensile-strength (tensile strength reaches 70MPa), high toughness (elongation at break can reach 400%), and high aging resistance, and is a mature eco-friendly material, after being laminated with the first base cloth and the second base cloth, the fabric of the present invention can be soft, breathable, ageing-resistant and eco-friendly, and can be suitable for washing. Moreover, the preparing process is simple and the production efficiency is high. After abandoning the coating step, the land occupation is reduced. Furthermore, the TPU film can resist low temperature (-35°C), and has high weather resistance. The water resistance can resist 10000mm water column, and the air permeability can reach 10000g/m2/24h.
The fabric can also be used as curtain cloth after the upper surface and the lower surface of the fabric are respectively laminated with cotton cloth and polyester cloth. Embodiment 2 As shown in Figure 2, the fabric body comprises a first base cloth 23, a black TPU film 22 and a second base cloth 21. The first base cloth is cotton cloth, and the second base cloth is non-woven fabric. The surfaces where the first base cloth 23 and the second base cloth 21 are laminated with the black TPU film 22 are respectively punched with a polypropylene cloth 24. During laminating, the polypropylene cloth on one side of the first base cloth and the polypropylene cloth on one side of the second base cloth are heated and partially melted, adhered to the black TPU film, and laminated through roll pressing. The fastness of heat lamination is higher than 200N/cm2, and the laminating strength is high. The non-woven fabric is made of recycled PET, and the thickness of the black TPU film is not greater than 0.015 mm.
When the thickness is about 0.12mm, the cost performance is relatively high. By means of the aforesaid structure, 100% blackout effect can be achieved. Moreover, for the present invention adopts the TPU film with a thickness not greater than 0.015mm, the overall cost is lower than that of the coating blackout-fabric. Compared with embodiment 1, the non-woven fabric prepared by using PET is used as the second base cloth layer, and the PU adhesive is replaced by the polypropylene cloth. Thus, the full-blackout fabric of the present invention is more environment-friendly. The laminating fabric of this embodiment is especially suitable for being used as curtain lining or curtain cloth.
In conclusion, the full-blackout fabric of the present invention can achieve 100% light-shielding effect without increasing the cost. After being laminated with the first base cloth and the second base cloth, the fabric is soft, breathable, ageing-resistant and eco-friendly, and is suitable for washing. The preparing process is simple and the production efficiency is high. After abandoning the coating step, the land occupation is reduced.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which does not intend to make any limitation to the invention.
