다수의 판지들을 일정 간격의 접착부분에 의해 연속 이어지게 하여 단위 벌집 모양의 공간이 격자를 다수 형성시키는 하니콤을 이용하여 만들어지는 방화문용 하니콤모듈에 있어서,
유리섬유를 여러겹 겹쳐 만든 글라스울에 접착제를 혼합하여 압축 경화시킨 후 평판처럼 재단한 글라스울보드(300);
상기 글라스울보드의 양면에 글라스울보드에 형성된 미세한 기공을 막아 열팽창에 의해 압력이 높아진 공기가 침투하지 못하도록 접착되는 단열필름(500);
상기 글라스울보드 양면에 접착제를 도포한 후 적층되어 결합되는 하니콤(210); 및
상기 하니콤이 글라스울보드에 결합되기 전에 하니콤을 액상의 접착제가 충전된 접착제통에 함침시켜 접착제가 격자의 벽면 위로 3 ~ 5mm까지 도포 되게 하여 꺼낸 후 굳기 전 유동성이 유지된 상태에서 글라스울보드에 접착될 때 접착제가 일부 흘러내리면서 굳어져 도톰하게 형성되는 접착제구(410);
