Description

Insulation honeycomb}Insulation honeycomb

The present invention relates to a honeycomb, and more particularly, to an insulating honeycomb that maintains structural strength while using corrugated cardboard, which is an environmentally friendly material, in order to increase insulation performance.

Honeycomb is a interior material formed by forming a plurality of honeycomb-like continuous form by bonding cardboard, it is used for fire doors, partitions, furniture and the like.

Such honeycomb can prevent the other part from popping out due to contraction of plywood when the wood partner is put into the woodwork interior material of Kamu in winter, and the honeycomb is made of numerous small closed rooms so that the sound does not spread out and the board area All of them are closed, so the compressive strength is uniformly high wherever you press.

In addition, when used in plywood is supported by a large number of hexagonal pillars can prevent the plate itself from warping or warping.

Because of the advantages of this honeycomb, it is used in various ways such as fireproof doors and furniture for cubicles, but it has a disadvantage that the insulation effect is relatively lower than other materials.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a fire door as an example of a fire door, in which a glass fiber 10 as a fire protection material is filled in an iron plate sp constituting the fire door dr.

It is a case where the glass fiber with excellent thermal insulation performance is embedded inside the fire door. Since the glass fiber is incombustible, even if a fire occurs inside the fire door, the glass fiber blocks heat transfer to the outside of the fire door so that the function of the fire door is sufficiently maintained.

2 is a non-combustible inferior to glass fibers in the fire door (dr), but the curing sponge 10 is superior to the thermal insulation performance than the honeycomb is embedded.

When glass fiber is used as a fireproof door interior material, glass fiber has better thermal insulation performance than honeycomb. However, the problem is that glass fiber or reinforced sponge has good thermal insulation and does not emit toxic substances while burning in case of fire. If it is broken or scattered in small pieces, it can be absorbed by the respiratory tract and accumulated in the lungs.

In addition, glass fiber or reinforced sponge is excellent in thermal insulation performance, but the structural strength of the reinforcing door is weakened because there is no structural strength. In other words, the reinforcing door is sandwiched between the steel plates, and thus the structural strength of the reinforcing door is weakened because it cannot function to support both steel plates.

Due to these problems, it is required to apply honeycomb to fire doors, which are recognized as an eco-friendly material, which does not generate toxic substances in fire and is easily decomposed in the natural state, but the problem of increasing the insulation performance has not been solved.

In order to increase the thermal insulation performance, some of the materials having excellent thermal insulation may be used in the honeycomb, but there is a problem in that it is difficult to use the glass fiber or the hardened sponge while reducing the environmentally friendly advantages of the honeycomb.

The present invention is to solve the problems as described above, while maintaining the structural strength while increasing the thermal insulation performance of the honeycomb, and also maintaining the environment-friendly advantages of the honeycomb is not reduced in the process of increasing the thermal insulation performance I want to be.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a corrugated cardboard having a smooth surface and a thick cardboard attached to both sides with adhesive to increase the degree of cushioning, and a continuous through hole is formed at regular intervals in the corrugated cardboard. Compression hardened paper that is inserted and bonded, the honeycomb is formed by bonding a plurality of pieces of the same length and width on both sides of the corrugated cardboard continuously by a bonding portion of a predetermined interval to form a plurality of unit honeycomb-shaped space It provides an insulating honeycomb to be.

Hardened cardboard coupled to the through hole of the cardboard is characterized in that the center is formed so as to meet the point where the three corners of the lattice forming the honeycomb, the sum of the areas of all the holes formed in the cardboard is the total area of the cardboard It is characterized in that 10 to 50% of.

According to the present invention, while having structural strength (compressive strength) does not occur as a toxic substance during combustion, excellent breathability and noise absorption, while maintaining a well-known advantage of honeycomb that is well decomposed in the natural state by greatly improving the thermal insulation performance So far, it has been easy to apply in areas where insulation performance is very important, such as fire doors. In particular, in order to increase insulation performance, an eco-friendly material is formed in the middle of honeycomb, but the structural strength, which is pointed out as a disadvantage of corrugated paper, is weakened. Hardened cardboard is inserted to prevent the thermal insulation performance is greatly improved and structural strength can be maintained.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in Figure 3 to 5, the corrugated cardboard made of a grain-shaped corrugated cardboard is provided with a smooth and thick cardboard on both sides with adhesive to increase the degree of cushioning.

Corrugated cardboard 200 may be made double to increase the degree of cushioning, and if the box is made of wood can be reduced to less than 1/10 compared to the same size wooden box, it would be very beneficial in the aspect of rationalizing the use of wood resources In addition, the value is relatively very cheap.

The corrugated cardboard 200 is made of cardboard such as honeycomb, and thus is burned (burned ash) and smoke so little and little toxic substances are emitted. Corrugated cardboard is also an environmentally friendly material because it decomposes well in its natural state.

The corrugated cardboard 200 is formed with a plurality of through-holes 210 which are continuous at regular intervals. The shape of the through hole 210 may be any shape such as a triangle, a square, a pentagon, and a hexagon, but the total area of all the through holes 210 should be 50% or less of the total area of the corrugated cardboard 200, and preferably 10 to 30%. .

Although the size and shape of each through hole 210 may be different from each other, the same shape and size should be formed to facilitate the manufacturing work and maintain consistency of thermal insulation performance.

Each through-hole 210 is fitted with a hardened cardboard 220 to match the thickness of the corrugated cardboard 200 while blocking the through-hole. Coupling method is that the side of the hardened cardboard 220 or the inner wall of the corrugated cardboard (200) forming the through hole 210 is put together and hardened by putting an adhesive.

The hardened cardboard 220 may be manufactured by compressing the corrugated cardboard 200 as a material having no compressibility, or may be manufactured by stacking several layers of cardboard. That is, the hardened cardboard 220 may be used as an eco-friendly material without compressibility, but should match the thickness of the corrugated cardboard 200.

Both surfaces of the corrugated cardboard 200 are coupled to the honeycomb 300 to form a plurality of unit honeycomb-shaped space by continuously connecting a plurality of cardboard having the same length and width by the adhesive portion at a predetermined interval.

Coupling method is applied by applying an adhesive to the edge of the grating 310 constituting the honeycomb 300 on both sides of the cardboard 200 is bonded while being integrated.

The through hole 210 formed in the corrugated cardboard 200 is formed in accordance with the distance of the grating 310 constituting the honeycomb 300 which is formed in a regular manner, and the center of the through hole 210 is formed at the corner 3 of the grating 310. Allow the dog to form at the intersection where it meets. The through-hole 210 formed in the corrugated cardboard 200 is made through a mechanical device, so it is simply formed according to the distance just by setting, and even through the mechanical device when the honeycomb 300 is coupled to the corrugated cardboard 200, the through-hole. The center of 210 may be exactly abutted at the intersection where the three corners of the grid 310 meet.

6 and 7 is another embodiment according to the present invention, the honeycomb 300 is in the middle, the cardboard 200 is coupled to both sides of the honeycomb (300). Corrugated cardboard 200 is formed through the through hole 210 and the hardened cardboard 220 as in one embodiment, so that the center of the through hole 210 can be exactly at the intersection of the three corners of the grid 310 meet.

Referring to the working state of the insulating honeycomb according to the present invention configured as described above are as follows.

When the insulating honeycomb is applied to the fire door (dr), as shown in Figure 3, the insulating honeycomb 100 is installed between the iron plate (sp) and the iron plate (sp) constituting the fire door (dr).

When the insulating honeycomb 100 is applied between the iron plate (sp) and the iron plate (sp) in the state that the external force is applied to one side of the iron plate is pressed the external plate is applied to the insulating honeycomb (100).

The external force applied to the insulating honeycomb 100 is applied to the edge of the honeycomb forming the insulating honeycomb to the grid edge, the external force applied to the edge is applied to the corrugated cardboard 200 along the grid to compress the cardboard without structural strength Although it may be crushed or bent, the outer surface of the hardened cardboard 220 formed between the corrugated cardboard 200 is applied to the external force, so that the corrugated cardboard 200 is not compressed and maintains a circular shape. That is, although the corrugated cardboard has little structural strength, the hardened cardboard 220 abuts the edge of the lattice, so that the structural strength is maintained.

When a fire occurs inside the fire door (dr) in which the insulating honeycomb 100 is installed, heat transfer to the outside is blocked by the fire door (dr), and the inner steel plate (sp) of the fire door (dr) absorbs heat to form an iron plate ( Heat is blocked by the corrugated cardboard installed between the honeycomb 100 and the honeycomb 100 to block the space between the honeycomb 100 and the honeycomb 100 when it is transferred to the outer iron plate sp through the air layer between the sp) and the iron plate sp.

Compared with other materials, the effect of blocking heat by the adiabatic honeycomb 100 is shown in Table 1 below.

As shown in Table 1, by heating the iron plate (sp) artificially for a predetermined time inside the fire door (dr) to measure the temperature change of the outer iron plate (sp), the existing honeycomb 100 and paper and poly When the ester is installed between the iron plate when heated the inner iron plate at 700 ℃ for 10 minutes, the temperature of the opposite outer iron plate is 43 ~ 48 ℃, but there is no difference, it can be seen that the insulation honeycomb 100 is 31 ℃. That is, it can be seen that the thermal insulation effect was greatly improved by the corrugated cardboard formed between the honeycombs 100. In particular, it can be seen that the thermal insulation effect is greatly improved in comparison with the existing honeycomb without corrugated cardboard.

As such, the insulation effect of the insulating honeycomb 100 is improved while maintaining the structural strength and the advantages of the eco-friendly material, so that the environmentally friendly honeycomb can be widely used in places where insulation is very important in industrial sites such as fire door partitions. .
