Abstract
본 발명은 지게차의 후륜 차축과 차체프레임의 사이에 설치되어, 작업장치를 이용한 작업 중 차축과 차체프레임 간 사이간격을 측정하여 제어부로 송신하는 감지부, 및 상기 감지부로부터 수신된 차축과 차체프레임 간 사이간격이 미리 설정된 허용간격을 초과하는 것을 감지하여 운전자에게 알려주는 제어부를 포함하여 구성한 지게차 후륜 들림 감지장치에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 지게차의 후륜 차축(12)과 차체프레임(11)의 사이에 설치되어, 작업장치를 이용한 작업 중 차축(12)과 차체프레임(11)간 사이간격을 측정하여 제어부(20)로 송신하는 감지부(10), 및
상기 감지부(10)로부터 수신된 차축(12)과 차체프레임(11)간 사이간격이 미리 설정된 허용간격(D)을 초과하는 것을 감지하여 운전자에게 알려주는 제어부(20)를 포함하며,
상기 감지부(10)는,
상기 후륜 차축(12)과 차제프레임(11)에 각각 결합되어 어긋난 위치를 유지하는 상하부브래킷(111)(121)과,
상기 상하부브래킷(111)(121)을 연결하며 후륜 차축(12)을 향하는 한쪽 면에 센싱부(131)를 구비하는 링크부재(13)와,
상기 센싱부(131)를 향하게 후륜 차축(12)에 설치되어, 대향하는 센싱부(131)의 이격간격을 측정하여 제어부(20)로 송신하는 근접센서(14)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 지게차 후륜 들림 감지장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부(20)에 미리 설정된 허용간격(D)은, 후륜이 들어올려진 상태에서 올라간 차체프레임(11)으로부터 후륜 차축(12)이 자체 하중에 의하여 처짐으로서 발생된 사이간격인 것을 특징으로 하는 지게차 후륜 들림 감지장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감지부(10)로부터 수신된 차축(12)과 차체프레임(11)간 사이간격이 미리 설정된 허용거리(D)를 넘어서는 경우, 제어부(20)는 경보기, 램프, 혹은 표시창 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합으로 후륜 들림 상태를 알려주는 알림수단(21)을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 지게차 후륜 들림 감지장치.
