Abstract
A retractable oil fence is disclosed. A stretchable oil fence according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a float having a wrinkle portion that can be expanded and contracted in the longitudinal direction and having a space into which air or water can be injected; A blocking membrane extending downwardly from the float; And a plurality of weights spaced apart from each other at a lower portion of the barrier.
Description
The present invention relates to a retractable oil fence that can be extended in use and reduced in length when not in use.
The oil spilled into the sea due to ship accidents spreads rapidly due to the effects of waves and algae. Therefore, when an oil spill occurs at sea, it is most important to prevent oil from spreading by installing an oil fence around the pollution source quickly.
A typical oil fence has a cylinder-shaped float floating above the water surface, a blocking membrane extending downward from the float, and a weight attached to the bottom of the blocking membrane. Many of these oil fences are connected in a strip shape, so that the oil fence can surround the contamination source in the floating state on the water surface to prevent the oil from spreading. Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 11-107259 (published on April 20, 1999) and Korean Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-2000-0031848 (published on June 5, 2000) have proposed this type of oil fence.
As the floating body of the oil fence, there has been used a high-grade float which is made of a material such as plastic and always maintains its shape, and a variable float which can be inflated by using air when used.
Since the high-strength float always maintains its shape, it is excellent in the effect of shutting off the oil by keeping the floating state satisfactorily even when the maritime situation is poor. However, high-volume float is bulky and difficult to store and handle.
Variable float has the advantage of reducing volume during storage and transportation, but it can cause oil leakage because it can be folded and deformed in poor marine conditions.
An embodiment of the present invention is intended to provide a stretchable oil fence capable of expanding and contracting a float to facilitate storage and handling and to maintain high rigidity in a state in which the float is stretched.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fluidized bed apparatus comprising: a float having a wrinkle portion that can be expanded and contracted in the longitudinal direction and having a space into which air or water can be injected; A blocking membrane extending downward from the float; And a plurality of weights spaced apart from each other at a lower portion of the barrier, wherein a space provided in the float is expanded or contracted according to expansion and contraction of the wrinkle portion, and the wrinkle portion is formed in a circumferential direction of the float Wherein a plurality of bones formed in the circumferential direction of the float and a plurality of mountains and a plurality of bones corresponding to the acid are formed on one side of the blocking membrane, An oil fence may be provided.

The float may further include a connecting device provided at both ends of the float for connecting the float of the adjacent oil fence.
The connection device includes a slot-shaped connection groove formed at one end of the float in the vertical direction, and a connection rail formed in the other end of the float in the vertical direction, . ≪ / RTI >
The barrier membrane may further include attachment portions provided at both ends of the barrier membrane to connect to the barrier membrane of another oil fence disposed adjacent to the barrier membrane.
The float may further include an inlet for injecting air or water into the float, and a cap for opening and closing the inlet.
Since the stretchable oil fence according to the embodiment of the present invention can expand and contract the float in the longitudinal direction, the float can be elongated when used and can be shortened when not in use. That is, the volume can be minimized when not in use, so it is easy to store and handle.
Further, the stretchable oil fence according to the embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of corrugated portions in the form of a bone and an acid on the outer surface of the float, so that it can be expanded and contracted, and has high rigidity that can withstand external forces in the radial direction. Therefore, deformation of the float can be prevented even when severe waves occur and weather conditions deteriorate.

2 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a stretchable oil fence according to an embodiment of the present invention is stretched and installed on the sea.
3 shows a state in which the length of the stretchable oil fence according to the embodiment of the present invention is reduced.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown, but may be embodied in other forms. For the sake of clarity of the present invention, the drawings are omitted, and the width, length, thickness, and the like of the components may be somewhat exaggerated to facilitate understanding.
