도 2 는 토마토황화잎말림바이러스의 DNA-A 재조합 플라스미드를 간략히 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 3 은 무늬인동황화잎맥모자이크바이러스의 베타위성 DNA 재조합 플라스미드의 제조 과정을 간략히 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 4 는 무늬인동황화잎맥모자이크바이러스의 베타위성 DNA 재조합 플라스미드를 간략히 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 5 는 토마토황화잎말림바이러스 DNA-A의 감염성 클론을 담배(A) 및 토마토(B)에 감염시킨 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.

- pCAMBIA1303 벡터에 제 1 항의 DNA를 삽입한 재조합 플라스미드로 형질전환된, 농업유전자원센터(KACC)에 수탁번호 KACC95114P로 기탁된 아그로박테리움 튜머페이션스(Agrobacterium tumefaciens).
