구조물(3)하단에 지지되어 상단에 위치된 서랍식 화분(10)으로부터 흘러내린 물을 받아내는 물받이(20)와 상기 물받이(20) 상단에 수직과 수평으로 다수 다단으로 형성되어 복수의 서랍식 화분(10)을 수용하는 서랍수용부(4)와, 상기 서랍수용부(4)에 수용되고 인출되며 식물을 식재할 수 있는 복수의 서랍식 화분(10)으로 구성되되,
