The raw water suction pump uses an automatic pump with an automatic water level controller so that when the raw water inside the raw water tank is below a certain level, the pump automatically operates. When the water level reaches a certain level, the pump is stopped, .

The mixing tank is a tank that mixes incoming nutrients through a venturi and has a capacity of about 200 liters.

And a control panel for controlling the nutrient solution supply and the irrigation water are installed together.

The maximum irrigation capacity of the present invention nutrient supply system is about 12,000 to 18,000 liters / hour and the nutrient supply is 10 to 500 liters / hour. The liquid control of the present invention performs proportional control by the nutrient solution setting value.

The machine weight of the present invention is about 80 Kg, and the power source uses three-phase four-wire type AC380V / 60Hz.

In the present invention, the nutrient solution for liquid fertilizer can be irrigated differently in different groups depending on the place and time, and all or part of the nutrient tanks are selected and mixed in a mixing tank. And select the appropriate group for each of them.

The nutrient solution supply system provided with the venturi of the present invention comprises a raw water tank, a mixing tank 30 in which nutrient solution is supplied and mixed in the raw water and a plurality of nutrient tanks 20 of the raw water tank 10, And a plurality of pipe-receiving solenoid valves 40, through which the mixed nutrient solution is irrigated through the irrigation pipes.

The raw water in the raw water tank 10 is drawn into the raw water tank 10 through a raw water suction pump and a filter which are widely used from the underground tank or the earth surface and then flows into the mixing tank 30 through the feed pump 54, .

In this case, negative pressure is generated in each of the venturi 94 connected between the water supply pipe and the mixing tank by the irrigation action of the irrigation pump 60, The nutrient solution is sucked into the mixing tank 30 smoothly.

The nutrient solution of the nutrient solution tank 20 is sequentially introduced into the mixing tank 30 after passing through the opening and closing valve 92 and the venturi 94 in sequence.

The mixed nutrient solution in the mixing tank 30 is fed through a plurality of solenoid valves 40 via a water pump 60.

On the other hand, each of the venturi is provided with an opening / closing valve 92, and each venturi is connected to one nutrient solution supply head, and the nutrient solution supply head is connected to the mixing tank. Therefore, the nutrient solutions supplied through the respective venturi are uniformly mixed first in the nutrient solution feed head and then supplied to the mixing tank. Since the venturi can be used conventionally in the laboratory or in the field of fluid machinery, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Further, in the present invention, the feed pump 54 operates for a certain time, usually about 3 seconds, more than the irrigation pump 60. Therefore, stable power supply can be achieved by dispersing the high starting power generated when the pump water supply pump and the water supply pump operate simultaneously.

In addition, when the nutrient solution in the nutrient solution tank is changed to a new one in the control panel, the nutrient solution tank is emptied through a drain pipe separately provided under the nutrient solution tank before the selection of the nutrient solution tank is changed so that the previous nutrient solution does not remain in the mixing tank . The drain pipe is provided with a solenoid valve. When it is determined that the control panel selects a new nutrient solution, the control panel sends an electric signal to the solenoid valve to open the solenoid valve to drain the remaining nutrient solution. Then, the solenoid valve is closed, and then a new nutrient solution is supplied.
