상기 절취선(9)을 기준으로 배면 상부에는 배면 상부편(10)과, 우측 상부에는 우측 상부편(12)과, 정면 상부에는 정면 상부편(14)과, 좌측 상부에는 좌측 상부편(16)이 연접되게 형성되어 쓰레기를 담는 상부박스(2)와;
