Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box for packaging an object to be packaged such as toilet paper or kitchen towel.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a packaging bag in which an object to be packaged such as toilet paper or kitchen towel is packaged with a package film is known. Since the packaging bag generally uses a soft and high strength package film, it has not been easy to open. For this reason, the packaging bag has a problem that the package film is torn when the consumer tries to open the bag forcibly, the appearance is poor, and the packaged body is difficult to store.

Therefore, a pair of side plates and end plates are connected to form a square cylindrical peripheral wall, a pair of end plates are arranged vertically, a lid is connected to the front end of one side plate, and the rear wall is closed A holding piece is continuously connected to the front end of the other side plate, a crease line and a score line are formed in the holding piece to form a cut portion, and the holding space is not limited by the holding piece when storing articles. The capacity state, the medium capacity state in which the holding piece is folded so as to be wound along the crease line, and the first spacer are formed, and at least a part of the cut line is cut and the cut portion is folded so as to be wound along the crease line. There is known a packaging box in which a spacer is formed and a small capacity state in which a second spacer is fitted between a first spacer remaining below and a rear wall can be selected (see Patent Document 1).

According to the packaging box described in Patent Document 1, since the package is packaged with paper, cardboard, or the like that is harder than the package film, it is easy to open, so the appearance after opening does not deteriorate. Moreover, the packaging box of the invention described in Patent Document 1 can be provided with cut lines and crease lines, so that the accommodation space of the packaging body can be made variable according to the accommodation volume of the packaging body. However, in the storage space, the partition position for storing the packaged body is changed inside the packaging box, and the whole packaging box is not downsized. Therefore, there is a drawback in that a useless space in the entire packaging box increases as the packages are sequentially taken out.

Therefore, it is a packaging box used for packaging a packaged body made of raw confectionery such as a short cake, and a dividing line for dividing the box body vertically into the approximate center in the height direction of the peripheral wall of the box body Is provided along the circumferential direction (see Patent Document 2).

According to the packaging box described in Patent Document 2, after taking out the packaged body accommodated on the bottom side of the box body, the product is divided along the dividing line, and according to the amount of the packaged object. While the accommodation space of a to-be-packaged body can be made small, the whole packaging box can also be reduced in size.

特開2009−274760号JP 2009-274760 A 実公平6−19454号No. 6-19454

However, according to the packaging box described in Patent Document 2, while the entire packaging box is reduced in size, the portion of the packaging box that is divided along the dividing line is completely separated from the packaging box itself. (I.e., the segmented part is cut out of the packaging box). Therefore, the packaging box described in Patent Document 2 has a problem that the packaging box is not reused after the packaged body is taken out.

The subject of this invention is providing the packaging box which can be reduced in size and is easy to recycle as a to-be-packaged body is taken out.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention described in claim 1 is a packaging box formed of wrapping paper, and has a box shape in which orthogonal wall portions are joined to each other at an end portion in an unopened state. A plurality of packaging parts for accommodating one or a plurality of objects to be packaged inside, and the packaging part separates the wall part from other wall parts orthogonal to the wall part or the wall part A perforation line formed with a cut for separating the plurality of pieces, and a fold line formed with a fold for folding the wall portion or the plurality of pieces separated by the perforation line, and the packaging When the packaged body accommodated in the part is taken out, the cut is made along the perforation line and is folded along the crease line so that the volume of the packaging part is reduced. It is characterized by.

The invention according to claim 2 is the packaging box according to claim 1, wherein each of the packaging parts accommodates a plurality of objects to be packaged, and the packaging part includes a body to be packaged accommodated in the packaging part. When taken out, a cut is made along the perforation line and folded along the crease line so that the volume of the packaging part is reduced according to the number of the taken out packages. It is characterized by being deformed.

The invention according to claim 3 is the packaging box according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a slit is formed in the wall portion covering the side surface of the packaged body accommodated in the unopened state, and in the unopened state. The wall portion that is joined to the wall portion where the slit is formed and the perforated line is formed on the side shared with the wall portion is such that the engaging portion that engages the slit is connected to the shared side. Features.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the packaging box according to the first aspect, each packaging part is detachable with a handle for carrying the packaging box on each of a pair of wall parts corresponding to the side surfaces of each packaging part. A detachable part to be attached is provided.

The invention according to claim 5 is the packaging box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the package body is a household thin paper wound in a roll shape.

According to the present invention, since the packaging box (packaging part) is formed in a box shape, when the consumer takes out the package body accommodated in the packaging part, the consumer appropriately breaks along the perforation line. By folding along the line of sight, the packaging box can be easily deformed and miniaturized. Moreover, in this invention, a perforation line is provided not for dividing a packaging box but for separating along a cut. That is, the part separated along the perforation line in the packaging box is not cut out from the packaging box itself, but can be folded along the folding line while being connected to the packaging box. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is only necessary to separate and fold the portion of the packaging portion where the taken out packaged body is packaged. It does not have to be excised. Therefore, it can be said that the packaging box 1 is rich in reusability.
Therefore, the present invention can provide a packaging box that can be miniaturized and easily reused as the packaged body is taken out.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the volume of the packaging portion is deformed so as to decrease in accordance with the number of the packages to be taken out, the packaging box has a shape suitable for the packaging body remaining in the packaging box. Can be miniaturized.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the slit is formed in the wall portion covering the side surface, the wall portion connected to the engaging portion is opened to the wall portion provided with the slit in the engaging portion after opening. By engaging, the wall portions can be returned to the original (in an unopened state) orthogonal state, so that the packaging box can be more easily reused.

According to the invention described in claim 4, since the pair of wall portions corresponding to the side surfaces of each packaging portion are provided with the detachable portions, each time the packaging box is deformed and miniaturized, the handle is attached to the wall of another packaging portion. By attaching to the unit, the packaging box can always be carried.

Moreover, according to the invention of Claim 5, the household thin paper wound by roll shape as a to-be-packaged body can be used.

In addition, in FIG. 3, the crease lines C1-C4 formed in the 2nd stage packaging part 1000 are each crease lines along the crease lines C1-C4 in the state where the 2nd stage packaging part 1000 is unopened. It is the line in which the crease | fold for folding the left-right wrapping paper of C1-C4 inward was formed. That is, the left and right wrapping papers are in a state where the second-stage wrapping portion 1000 is unopened and folded inward along the crease lines C1 to C4 (in close contact with each other). It is fixed to the wrapping paper.

And the 1st step | paragraph packaging part 10 deform | transforms as shown in FIG. 4 by a cut | interruption being made along perforation line A1-A7, and being folded along crease line B1-B6.

Here, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in the first step packaging part 10, the first front wall part 110 is the engagement part 111, the second front wall part 120 is the engagement part 121, and the first upper surface wall part. 310 includes an engaging portion 311, the second upper surface wall portion 320 includes an engaging portion 321, the left wall portion 400 includes engaging portions 401 and 402, and the right wall portion 500 includes engaging portions 501 and 502. The first back wall 210 includes a slit 213, the second back wall 220 includes a slit 223, the left wall 400 includes a slit 403, and the right wall 500 includes slits 503 and 504. Here, each engaging part is formed in a trapezoidal shape whose bottom side is connected to each wall part, and is formed to be foldable via the bottom side.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the engaging portions 111, 121, 401, and 501 among the engaging portions are left wall portions as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 until cuts are formed along the perforation lines A 1, A 3 to A 5, respectively. 400, the right wall 500, the first back wall 210, and the second back wall 220 are fixed to the inner walls (inside the slits 403, 503, 213, and 223) by gluing or the like. The engaging portions 111, 121, 401, 501 are slits 403, which engage with the engaging portions 111, 121, 401, 501 respectively after the cuts are formed along the perforated lines A1, A3-A5. 503, 213, and 223 are locked in the state fitted.
On the other hand, among the engaging portions, the engaging portions 311, 321, 402, and 502 are foldable as shown in FIG. 2 since the packaging box 1 is not fixed to the inner wall from the unopened state. And the engaging part 311 latches in the state fitted by the slit 504, when transforming the packaging box 1 into the shape shown in FIG.

Moreover, as shown in FIG.5 and FIG.6, each engagement part is pinched | interposed into the inner wall side of the said orthogonal wall part in the state in which the wall part connected to each engagement part orthogonally crossed the other wall part ( The state of being orthogonal is maintained by contacting the inner wall. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, each engaging portion is inserted toward the bottom surface hole portion 600 with the wall portion connected to each engaging portion in contact with the bottom surface hole portion 600 (downwardly). To be kept in contact with each other. That is, each engaging part functions as an upper lid for closing the wall part on the upper surface of the second stage packaging part 1000.

(Deformation operation of the packaging box 1 when one piece of toilet paper is taken out)
Next, an operation for reducing the size of the packaging box 1 when the consumer takes out one piece of toilet paper (toilet paper P1) from the packaging box 1 will be described.

First, when the consumer takes out the toilet paper P1 from the state where all of the toilet papers P1 to P4 shown in FIG. 1 are contained in the packaging box 1, the consumer makes a cut along the perforated lines A2 and A3 shown in FIG. And a consumer makes the 1st front wall part 110 the upper cover of the 2nd stage packaging part 1000. FIG. That is, the consumer folds the first front wall portion 110 to a position in contact with the bottom hole portion 600 through the crease line B <b> 1, and inserts and engages the engaging portion 111 toward the bottom hole portion 600.

Next, the consumer makes a cut along the perforation line A4. Then, the consumer stacks the left wall portion 400 on the upper surface of the first front wall portion 110. That is, the consumer folds the left wall 400 to the position where it contacts the bottom hole 600 through the crease line B <b> 2, and inserts and engages the engaging portions 401 and 402 toward the bottom hole 600.

Next, the consumer makes a cut along the perforation lines A6 and A7. At this time, the second upper surface wall 320 is folded so as to face the bottom hole 600 through the crease line B6, and the engaging portion 321 is sandwiched and locked on the inner wall side of the second front wall 120. And a consumer folds the 1st back wall part 210 (and 1st upper surface wall part 310) so that the right wall part 500 may be opposed via the crease line B5. Further, the consumer folds the first upper surface wall portion 310 so as to face the bottom surface hole portion 600 through the crease line B <b> 6, and sandwiches and engages the engaging portion 311 with the slit 504 of the right wall portion 500.

By performing the above operation, as shown in FIG. 5, the packaging box 1 is reduced in size by reducing the volume of the toilet paper P1 that has been packaged, and the toilet paper P2 to P4 are continuously sealed. can do.

(Deformation operation of the packaging box 1 when two toilet papers are taken out)
Next, an operation for reducing the size of the packaging box 1 when the consumer takes out two toilet papers (toilet papers P1 and P2) from the packaging box 1 will be described.

First, when the consumer takes out the toilet paper P2 from the state in which the toilet paper P2 to P4 shown in FIG. 5 is included in the packaging box 1, the consumer makes a cut along the perforation lines A1 and A5, 10 is transformed into the state shown in FIG.

And a consumer pushes the upper surface wall part 300 into the 2nd stage packaging part 1000 inside, and makes the back wall part 200 the upper cover of the 2nd stage packaging part 1000. FIG. That is, the consumer folds the top wall 300 through the fold line B6 so as to be orthogonal to the back wall 200, and folds the back wall 200 to the position where it contacts the bottom hole 600 through the fold line B4. Include. At this time, the engaging portions 311 and 321 are bent so as to contact the inner wall of the back wall portion 200.

Next, the consumer stacks the front wall portion 100 on top of the back wall portion 200. That is, the consumer folds the front wall portion 100 through the crease line B <b> 1 to a position where the front wall portion 100 comes into contact with the bottom surface hole portion 600, and inserts and engages the engaging portions 111 and 121 toward the bottom surface hole portion 600.

And a consumer folds the left wall part 400 and the right wall part 500 to the position which contacts the bottom hole part 600 via crease lines B2 and B3, so that the packaging box 1 is as shown in FIG. While the volume of the toilet paper P2 that has been packaged is reduced, the toilet paper P3 and P4 can be continuously sealed. Here, as shown in FIG. 6, the engaging portions 401 and 501 may be folded so as to contact the inner walls of the left wall portion 400 and the right wall portion 500, or may be cut from the bottom as necessary. .

Even after the packaging box 1 is reduced in size by the above deformation operation, the consumer can return the packaging box 1 to its original shape again by using the engaging portions and the slits provided in the side wall portion. it can. In this case, the consumer sandwiches the engaging portion 111 in the slit 403 of the left wall portion 400 in a state where the side wall portion is bent in a direction parallel to the Z-axis direction via the crease lines B1 to B6, and the engaging portion 121 Is sandwiched between the slits 503 of the right wall 500, the engaging part 401 is sandwiched between the slits 213 of the first back wall part 210, and the engaging part 501 is sandwiched between the slits 223 of the second back wall part 220. Then, a side wall part will be in the state which orthogonally crossed between each wall part (in the unopened state).

As described above, according to the packaging box 1 according to the first embodiment, the packaging box 1 (the first stage packaging unit 10 and the second stage packaging unit 1000) is formed in a box shape. When taking out the toilet paper P accommodated in the first wrapping section 10, the packaging box 1 can be easily deformed by appropriately cutting along the perforation lines A1 to A7 and folding along the crease lines B1 to B6. Can be downsized. Further, the perforation lines A1 to A7 provided in the packaging box 1 are not for dividing the packaging box 1, but are provided for separation along the cut lines. That is, the wall part and the plurality of pieces separated along the perforation lines A1 to A7 in the packaging box are in a state in which they can be folded along the folding lines B1 to B6 while being connected to the packaging box 1. Therefore, since the consumer only needs to separate and fold the place where the toilet paper P1 and / or P2 taken out of the first-stage packaging unit 10 is wrapped, It is not necessary to cut out the wrapping paper that has wrapped the toilet paper P1 and / or P2. Therefore, it can be said that the packaging box 1 is rich in reusability.
Therefore, the present invention can provide a packaging box that can be miniaturized and easily reused as the packaged body is taken out.

Furthermore, since the packaging box 1 is formed in a box shape, it is easy to take out the toilet paper P, and the package film is torn open as a consumer tries to forcefully open it like a packaging bag. Such a situation that it becomes difficult to store the toilet paper P can be avoided.

Moreover, since the 1st stage packaging part 10 deform | transforms so that the volume of the said 1st stage packaging part 10 may decrease according to the number of the toilet paper P taken out, it was suitable for the toilet paper P which remains in the packaging box 1. The packaging box 1 can be miniaturized in shape. Therefore, the toilet paper P remaining (sealed) in the packaging box 1 in a miniaturized state is stored hygienically so as not to be covered with dust or the like. Moreover, when the fragrance | flavor is made to permeate the remaining toilet paper P, it is not necessary to impair the said fragrance | flavor.

In addition, the side walls are formed with slits 403, 503, 213, and 223 and engaging portions 111, 121, 401, and 501 that engage with the slits. By combining, each wall part can be returned to the original (in an unopened state) orthogonal state, so that the packaging box 1 can be more easily reused.

(Modification 1)
Next, the packaging box 1a of the modification 1 is demonstrated using FIG.7 and FIG.8.
In the packaging box 1 of Embodiment 1, although comprised so that the packaging box 1 could be reduced in size in one toilet paper unit, in the modification 1, as shown in FIG.7 and FIG.8, 1st stage packaging parts 10a- The packaging box 1a composed of the third-stage packaging unit 2000a is configured to be miniaturized in units of packaging units at each stage.
Below, each part structure with which the 1st stage packaging part 10a for deform | transforming the packaging box 1a shown in FIG. 7 into the shape shown in FIG. 8 is described. Here, the packaging box 1a accommodates two toilet papers P along the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction two by two in the packaging part of each stage, and the packaging part of each stage is stacked vertically. Become. In the following description of the packaging box 1a, differences from the packaging box 1 of the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 7, the first packaging portion 10 a includes a front wall portion 100, a back wall portion 200, an upper surface wall portion 300, a left wall portion 400, a right wall portion 500, and a bottom surface hole portion 600. ,including. And the 1st stage packaging part 10a is covered by the upper surface wall part 300 covering the side wall part formed by the front wall part 100, the back wall part 200, the left wall part 400, and the right wall part 500 as an upper cover. Is sealed, and the four toilet papers P disposed on the upper surface of the bottom hole 600 are put into a packaging state.

Here, the strip-shaped handle T is detachably attached to the outer wall surface of the left wall portion 400 and the right wall portion 500 which are side wall portions (corresponding to the side surface of the first packaging portion 10a in an unopened state). Detachable portions 420a and 520a are provided. The attachment / detachment portions 420a and 520a are, for example, slits for locking the end portion of the handle T. The consumer can easily lift and move the packaging box 1a by gripping the handle T in a state where the handle T is attached to the attaching / detaching portions 420a and 520a.

That is, the consumer can easily attach the handle T even after downsizing the packaging box 1a.

Moreover, the 1st stage packaging part 10a has several perforation line A11-A14 and several crease line B11-B14. Here, the perforation line A11 is a boundary line between the front wall portion 100 and the right wall portion 500, the perforation line A12 is a boundary line between the front wall portion 100 and the left wall portion 400, and the perforation line A13 is a rear wall portion 200 and the left wall. The perforation line A14 and the perforation line A14 correspond to the boundary line between the back wall part 200 and the right wall part 500, and the perforation line A15 corresponds to the boundary line for cutting the top wall part 300.
Further, the crease line B11 is a line for folding the right wall portion 500 around the Y axis, and the crease line B12 is a line for folding the left wall portion 400 around the Y axis. Further, the crease line B13 and the crease line B14 are lines for folding the front wall part 100 and the rear wall part 200 toward the inner wall side at the center position in the Z-axis direction.
That is, the first wrapping portion 10a folds the left wall portion 400 and the right wall portion 500 so as to become the upper lid of the second wrapping portion 1000a via the fold lines B11 and B12, and the fold line B13 and the fold line B14. By folding the front wall part 100 and the back wall part 200 to the inner wall side via the, the size is reduced.

(Deformation operation of the packaging box 1 when the toilet paper of the packaging part of each stage is taken out)
Next, the operation | movement for changing the shape of the packaging box 1 when a consumer takes out all the toilet paper P packaged in the packaging part of each step | level of the packaging box 1 is described. Here, as an example
A case where the consumer takes out four toilet papers P from the first-stage packaging unit 10a will be described as an example.

First, in the state shown in FIG. 7, when the four toilet papers P are taken out from the packaging box 1a, the consumer cuts the upper surface wall portion 300 by making a cut along the perforation line A15.
Next, the consumer makes a cut along the perforation lines A11 to A14, and removes the handle T from the attaching / detaching portions 420a and 520a.
Next, the consumer folds the left wall portion 400 and the right wall portion 500 so as to be the upper lid of the second stage packaging portion 1000a. That is, the consumer folds the left wall portion 400 and the right wall portion 500 to a position in contact with the bottom hole portion 600 via the crease lines B11 and B12.
Next, the front wall portion 100 and the rear wall portion 200 are folded to the inner wall side via the crease line B13 and the crease line B14, and the handle T is attached to the detachable portions 1420a and 1520a of the second stage packaging portion 1000a.
By the above deformation operation, the packaging box 1a is reduced in size by reducing the volume of the four toilet papers P as shown in FIG. 8, and is packed in the remaining packaging parts 1000a and 2000a. The toilet paper P that has been used can be continuously sealed.

As described above, according to the packaging box 1a according to the first modification, the same effect as that of the packaging box 1 according to the first embodiment is exhibited, as compared with the packaging box 1 according to the first embodiment. The number of perforation lines and crease lines is small, and the deformation operation for miniaturization is easy.

In addition, the packaging box 1a includes attachment / detachment portions 420a, 520a, 1420a, 1520a, and 2420a that allow the handles T for carrying the packaging box 1a to be detachably attached to the left wall portion and the right wall portion of the packaging portions 10a, 1000a, and 2000a. , 2520a. Therefore, every time the consumer deforms and downsizes the packaging box 1a via the handle T, the consumer always attaches the packaging box 1a to the left wall part and the right wall part of another packaging part. Can be portable.

The scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various improvements and design changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, the number of toilet paper that can be accommodated in the packaging box is not limited to the number exemplified in the first embodiment and the first modification. In other words, in Embodiment 1 and Modification 1, each toilet has a structure that can store two toilet papers. When two trays are used, a total of four toilet papers are stored, but each toilet has three toilet papers. 2 stages (6 total) or 3 stages (9 total), or 2 stages (8 rolls in total) that can accommodate 4 toilet paper in each stage. Of course it is also possible.

Moreover, in Embodiment 1 and Modification 1, each packaging part is configured to be connected vertically, but may be configured to be connected horizontally.
Furthermore, although toilet paper was illustrated as a packaged body, it may be another household thin paper wound in a roll shape such as a kitchen towel, or may be other than household thin paper.
