Claims (5)
- 유리 기판의 상부면에 포토 레지스트 층을 형성하는 단계;상기 형성된 포토 레지스트 층 위에서 상기 유리 기판에 대한 식각률이 건식 식각법 보다 높은 레이저를 조사하여, 상기 레이저에 의해 상기 포토 레지스트 층 및 상기 유리 기판의 상부면에 동일한 패턴을 형성하는 단계;상기 패턴이 형성된 포토 레지스트 층을 마스크로 사용하여, 상기 유리 기판에 형성된 패턴의 측면이 수직한 모양이 되도록 상기 유리 기판을 건식 식각(etching)하는 단계; 및상기 포토 레지스트 층을 상기 기판에서 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 임프린트용 스탬프 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 레이저는 엑시머 레이저, 팸토초 레이저 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 임프린트용 스탬프 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 기판을 건식 식각하는 단계는, CF4 , SF6 가스 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 건식 식각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임프린트용 스탬프 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 기판의 상부면에 포토 레지스트 층을 형성하는 단계는스핀 코팅법, 화학 증착법, 물리적 증착법 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의하여 포 토 레지스트 층을 형성하는 임프린트용 스탬프 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포토 레지스트 층을 제거하는 단계는산소(O2) 플라즈마 가스에 의해 포토 레지스트 층을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 임프린트용 스탬프 제조 방법.
