Claims (12)
상기 입력회전각도를 상대적으로 더 작은 출력회전각도로 전환해주는 감속기와;
상기 감속기에 연결되고, 상기 감속기가 상기 출력회전각도로 회전됨으로써 연료전지스택으로 이어진 공기통로를 열어 주거나 닫아주는 플랩밸브와;
상기 출력회전각도에 따라 변화되는 신호값을 발생하도록 상기 감속기의 회전을 검출하는 밸브센서모듈과;
상기 신호값을 통해 상기 스테핑 모터의 구동을 제어하는 ECU(Engine Control Unit)의 출력신호로 밸브 작동상태가 표시되는 디스플레이;가 포함되고,
상기 밸브센서모듈은 상기 스테핑 모터의 입력회전각도를 상대적으로 더 작은 출력회전각도로 전환해 상기 플랩밸브를 회전시켜주는 감속기의 밸브기어에 연결된 센서가이드바와, 외부기기 연결용 하우징커낵터를 갖춘 센서하우징과, 상기 센서하우징의 내부에서 상기 센서가이드바와 함께 회전되는 회전판과, 상기 회전판의 회전각도 변화를 검출하는 센서와, 상기 센서의 검출신호를 신호값으로 전환해 상기 ECU로 전송하는 센서기판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스기반작동 타입 공기유량조절밸브.
상기 스테핑 모터로 회전되는 감속기를 통해 플랩밸브가 회전되고, 상기 플랩밸브의 회전으로 연료전지스택에 이어진 공기통로가 열려지며, 상기 연료전지스택로 공급되는 공기유량이 상기 열려진 공기통로를 통과하는 밸브동작단계;
상기 감속기의 회전각 변화가 밸브센서모듈로 검출되고, 상기 밸브센서모듈의 검출된 신호값이 ECU로 전송되며, 상기 밸브센서모듈의 신호값이 상기 ECU에서 정상적인 신호값으로 판단되면, 상기 ECU는 밸브의 정상 동작 상태로 판단하고, 상기 ECU는 상기 밸브센서모듈의 신호값을 기반으로 상기 공기유량을 제어하는 센서기반제어단계;
상기 밸브센서모듈의 신호값을 정상적인 신호값으로 판단한 상기 ECU는 운전자가 인식할 수 있는 디스플레이로 OK신호를 보내주는 밸브정상인식단계;가 포함되어 수행되며,
상기 밸브오픈신호는 상기 스테핑모터가 수신하는 펄스신호이고, 상기 ECU는 상기 연료전지스택의 운전조건 변화를 검출할 때 상기 펄스신호를 요구하는 공기유량에 맞춘 새로운 펄스신호로 변화시켜줌으로써 상기 연료전지스택의 작동 동안 상기 공기유량 제어를 지속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스기반작동 타입 공기유량조절밸브의 제어방법.
상기 밸브센서모듈의 신호값을 비정상적인 신호값으로 판단한 상기 ECU는 운전자가 인식할 수 있는 디스플레이로 Error신호를 보내주는 밸브비정상인식단계;
가 포함되어 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스기반작동 타입 공기유량조절밸브의 제어방법.
