Description
The present invention relates to a composite flooring substrate, and more particularly, a single plate and a plate-like material having wood (wood grain) are pressed into three or more layers to prevent the composite flooring from being deformed by wood when the composite flooring material is manufactured or used. The present invention relates to a composite floor substrate and a method of manufacturing the same, which can prevent dimensional stability, warpage and warpage, and thereby improve product quality.
In general, floorboards can be divided into plywood floor using plywood as a base material, reinforcement floor using a high-density fiber board as a base material, and wood flooring using a wood board material as a base material.
However, these products using wood have limited supply of plywood floors and wood floors due to the protection of natural resources, restriction of logging, increase in the price of wood, and fluctuations in oil prices.
As a result, the supply of raw materials is more stable than plywood floors and solid wood floors, and reinforced floors with price competitiveness are used.
However, this reinforced floor has a problem of low dimensional safety, and as an alternative, a composite floor was disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication Nos. 10-2008-0076180 and 10-2008-0092591.
Although the composite floor was developed using a single plate and a high density fiber board, the thickness of the single plate and the high density fiber board may vary depending on the number of stacking, and thus, when simply stacked, there is a problem in that warpage and distortion, which are deformations of the composite floor, occur.
This is as shown in Figure 1, the composite floor (1) has a thick deck and the plate thickness, when the neck of the deck and the plate is configured in the same direction, the thickness of the heavy plate, which is a high-density fiberboard is thinned by bending or warping Deformation occurs.
When the
Therefore, there is a demand for the development of floorboards that have a feeling of plywood flooring, which is easy to supply raw materials, and is inexpensive plate materials and single boards to improve product deformation while securing price and quality competitiveness. .
