Abstract
Description
도2는 본 발명의 직접열과 간접열을 이용한 온풍장치의 단면 구성도이며,
도3은 본 발명에 따른 다른 실시 예로서 하나의 연소실 상부에 직접열 연통과 간접열 연통이 설치된 상태를 나타낸 온풍장치의 단면 구성도이며,
도4는 본 발명에 따른 다른 실시 예로서, 직접열 연통에 응축기를 설치하여 직접열에 혼합된 수증기를 응축시켜 물로 회수할 수 있도록 된 온풍장치의 전체 단면구성도이며,
도5는 본 발명에 따른 온풍장치의 연소실 상부에 분진 차단판을 설치한 상태의 예시도이며,
도 6 및 도7은 상기 도5의 연소실 상부에 설치되는 분진 차단판의 여러 가지 형상을 나타낸 예시도이며,
도8은 본 발명에 따른 온풍장치의 연소실에 고기 구이 석쇠를 설치한 상태를 나타낸 단면도이며,
도9는 본 발명에 따른 온풍장치의 챔버와 간접열 연통에 축열부재를 충진 한 상태와 축열부재 한측 또는 상부에 음식물 찜기를 설치한 상태를 나타낸 단면도이며,
도10은 본 발명의 온풍장치 상부의 간접열 몸체 양측 외향으로 간접열 연통이 설치된 상태를 나타낸 단면도이다.

- 몸체가 내벽과 외벽으로 이루어지고 연료를 직접 태울 수 있도록 공간부를 갖는 연소실(101)과;
상기 연소실의 내벽과 몸체를 이루는 외벽 사이에 위치하여 연소실에서 발생되는 외부열을 모아 보관하는 챔버(102)와;
상기 연소실 일측 내벽과 연결되어 연소실 저부를 통하여 타측 내벽과 연결되도록설치 된 연소실 순환관(111)과;
상기 연소실 상부에 직접 열이 순환 이동될 수 있도록 연결된 직접열 연통(103)과;
상기 연소실 외주면을 감싼 챔버 상부에 송풍기가 설치되어 간접열을 배출시킬 수 있도록 된 간접열 연통(104)과:
상기 연소실 하단 외부에 설치되어 외부의 공기를 연소 실내로 공기를 공급할 수 있도록 공기주입 송풍기(105)가 설치된 외부공기 주입관(106)과;
상기 챔버 하단 일측에 연결되어 상기 간접열 연통으로부터 공급되어 사용된 온풍을 재공급하도록 설치된 간접열 공기 주입구(107)와;
상기 연소실 상부와 연결된 직접열 연통 말단부와 연소실 하단 일측에 형성된 외부공기 주입관 사이에 직접열 응축기(112)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 난로를 사용한 직간접열의 흡입 배출식 온풍장치.

상기 온풍장치는,
연소실 상부에 직접열 연통이 수용되도록 형성된 챔버(102) 양측에는 외부로 돌출되도록 간접열 연통을 설치하되 간접열 연통 말단부는 막히고, 간접열 연통(104) 길이 방향으로 다수의 분출구를 형성하되 분출구(109)에 공기를 흡입 배출할 수 있도록 된 송풍기(120)가 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 난로를 사용한 직간접열의 흡입 배출식 온풍장치.
