본 발명의 과망간산칼륨을 이용한 레이온계 활성 탄소섬유 제조 방법은, 레이온계 섬유를 준비하는 원료준비단계와; 1가 또는 2가 금속 이온으로 구성된 산성 전처리 용액을 준비하고, 상기 산성 전처리 용액에 과망간산칼륨 용액을 첨가하여 침적용액을 준비하는 침적용액준비단계와; 상기 침적용액에 준비된 레이온계 섬유를 침적시켜 20 ~ 35℃의 온도로 30 ~ 90분 동안 유지하는 침적단계와; 상기 침적 처리된 레이온계 섬유 표면을 세척하는 세척단계와; 상기 세척단계를 거친 레이온계 섬유를 건조하는 건조단계와; 건조된 레이온계 섬유를 상온에서 350 ~ 450℃의 온도로 승온한 뒤 30 ~ 90 분간 유지하여 산화 안정화시키는 산화안정화단계와; 상기 산화 안정화된 레이온계 섬유를 700 ~ 800℃의 온도에서 산소가 차단된 상태로 불활성 가스 분위기에서 유지시켜 탄화 활성화시키는 탄화활성화단계;를 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명에 의해, ACF 제조의 경제성이 향상된다. 보다 구체적으로, 원자재 공급이 용이하고 쉽게 안정화되며 경제적인 가격의 레이온계 섬유를 전구체로 하면서, 과망간산 칼륨을 이용하여 산화 과정에서 고온의 상태가 아닌 상온의 상태를 유지하면서도 종래와 같은 침적 시간을 갖춰 열을 가하는 수단을 배제하여 경제성을 향상시키며, 초기에 열이 가해지지 않음에 따라 중량감소부분을 낮춤으로써 종래의 ACF 제조에 비해 생산성이 월등히 높아질 수 있게 되며, 과망간산 칼륨의 첨가로 인해 기공의 분포가 오히려 더욱 증가하여 종래의 ACF이 비해 기공 분포가 우수한 ACF를 제공할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (5)
- 레이온계 활성 탄소섬유의 제조 방법에 있어서,
레이온계 섬유를 준비하는 원료준비단계와;
1가 또는 2가 금속 이온으로 구성된 산성 전처리 용액을 준비하고, 상기 산성 전처리 용액에 과망간산칼륨 용액을 첨가하여 침적용액을 준비하는 침적용액준비단계와;
상기 침적용액에 준비된 레이온계 섬유를 침적시켜 20 ~ 35℃의 온도로 30 ~ 90분 동안 유지하는 침적단계와;
상기 침적 처리된 레이온계 섬유 표면을 세척하는 세척단계와;
상기 세척단계를 거친 레이온계 섬유를 건조하는 건조단계와;
건조된 레이온계 섬유를 상온에서 350 ~ 450℃의 온도로 승온한 뒤 30 ~ 90 분간 유지하여 산화 안정화시키는 산화안정화단계와;
상기 산화 안정화된 레이온계 섬유를 700 ~ 800℃의 온도에서 산소가 차단된 상태로 불활성 가스 분위기에서 유지시켜 탄화 활성화시키는 탄화활성화단계;를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 침적용액준비단계에서 침적용액은 2 ~ 4몰의 인산 수용액 100부피비와, 상기 인산 수용액 100 부피비 기준으로 0.01 ~ 2몰의 과망간산 칼륨 수용액 30 ~ 70 부피비로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
과망간산칼륨을 이용한 레이온계 활성 탄소섬유의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 침적용액준비단계에서 상기 2 ~ 4몰의 인산 수용액 100부피비 기준으로 0.01 ~ 2몰의 염기성 전처리 용액이 더 첨가되며,
상기 탄화활성화단계는 700 ~ 800℃에서 탄화 활성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,
과망간산칼륨을 이용한 레이온계 활성 탄소섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 원료준비단계에서 레이온계 섬유는 리오셀 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는,과망간산칼륨을 이용한 레이온계 활성 탄소섬유의 제조 방법.
