Claims (10)
- 온도 센서에 있어서,고온 영역 내로의 삽입을 위한 프로브부로서, 서미스터(thermistor), 상기 서미스터에서 종단되는 기다란 제 1 핀, 및 상기 서미스터에서 종단되는 기다란 제 2 핀을 구비하는, 상기 프로브부와,상기 고온 영역의 외측에서 상기 프로브부의 일단부 상에 있는 하우징부로서, 상기 제 1 핀을 상기 서미스터와 접촉하도록 편향시키는 제 1 스프링, 상기 제 2 핀을 상기 서미스터와 접촉하도록 편향시키는 제 2 스프링, 상기 제 1 스프링과 결합하는 제 1 전기적 접촉부 및 상기 제 2 스프링과 결합하는 제 2 전기적 접촉부를 구비하는, 상기 하우징부를 포함하는온도 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 핀은 상기 서미스터를 위한 원위의 내측 지지 시트를 포함하는온도 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 핀은 금속으로 제조되는온도 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 핀은 니켈, 크롬 및 철 합금으로 제조되는온도 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 핀은 절연성 쉘 내에 전도성 트레이스를 포함하는온도 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징부는 시트 및 포스트를 갖춘 스핀들을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 스프링은 상기 포스트 둘레에 배치되는온도 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징부는 각각 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전기적 접촉부에 고정되는 제 1 및 제 2 전도체를 더 포함하는온도 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 서미스터는 NTC(negative temperature coefficient) 서미스터인온도 센서.
- 온도 센서에 있어서,NTC 서미스터, 상기 서미스터에서 종단되는 기다란 제 1 전도성 핀 및 상기 서미스터에서 종단되는 절연성 쉘 내에 전도성 트레이스를 구비하는 기다란 제 2 핀을 구비하는 프로브부와,상기 프로브부의 일 단부 상의 하우징부로서, 상기 제 1 핀을 상기 서미스터와 접촉하도록 편향시키는 제 1 스프링, 상기 제 2 핀을 상기 서미스터와 접촉하도록 편향시키는 제 2 스프링, 상기 제 1 스프링과 결합되는 제 1 전기적 접촉부, 상기 제 2 스프링과 결합되는 제 2 전기적 접촉부, 상기 제 1 전기적 접촉부에 고정되는 제 1 전도체 및 상기 제 2 전기적 접촉부에 고정되는 제 2 전도체를 구비하는 하우징을 포함하는온도 센서.
- 온도 센서에 있어서,서미스터, 근위의 내측 지지 링을 포함하며 상기 서미스터에서 종단되는 기다란 제 1 핀 및 상기 서미스터에서 종단되는 기다란 제 2 핀을 구비하는 프로브부와,상기 프로브부의 일단부 상의 하우징으로서, 상기 제 1 핀을 상기 서미스터와 접촉하도록 편향시키는 제 1 스프링, 상기 제 1 핀의 내측 지지 링 아래에 배치되고 상기 제 1 스프링에 접촉하는 포스트, 상기 제 2 핀을 상기 서미스터와 접촉하도록 편향시키는 제 2 스프링, 상기 제 1 스프링 아래에서 상기 포스트 둘레에 배치되는 링을 포함하는 제 1 전기적 접촉부 및 상기 제 2 스프링에 결합되고 상기 포스트를 통해 연장되는 제 2 전기적 접촉부를 구비하는, 상기 하우징을 포함하는온도 센서.
