The present invention is a method for producing a glass ceramic aggregate and glass ceramic to replace the gravel which is one of the concrete composition by using the waste brown tube of the analog TV which is disposed of as the TV broadcasting system is changed from the analog broadcasting system to the digital broadcasting system. It relates to a ceramic concrete composition using aggregate.
In general, aggregates used in the manufacture of concrete and brick have been used in the small size of natural gravel, in recent years due to the depletion of natural gravel from granite type of rock from the quarries and aggregates obtained by crushing it with a grinder The situation is to produce concrete mortar and brick.
However, as described above, the strength of the rock collected from the quarries is not only constant, but because the strength varies greatly depending on the type, the building or bridge that is constructed and constructed with concrete mortar and brick manufactured using aggregate obtained by crushing the rock. The strength of concrete such as bridges, bridges, etc. is also inconsistent. Moreover, concrete mortar or brick buildings or structures manufactured using aggregates obtained by crushing weak rocks are less than the compressive strength set at design time. Will have
In addition, the development of quarries to collect high-strength rocks has seriously damaged the natural environment.

According to the present invention, as natural aggregates used in various civil and building works are gradually depleted, analog TVs that are disposed of at the time of entering the digital TV broadcasting era without damaging the natural environment, such as the development of quarries to replace them. It is effective to obtain aggregate, which is the main composition of concrete, by using the waste brown tube collected from the waste pipe, and also to provide the effect of manufacturing the concrete composition at low cost by using the glass ceramic aggregate obtained from the waste brown tube. It is.
Hereinafter, a detailed embodiment of the method of manufacturing the glass ceramic aggregate using the waste brown tube and the ceramic concrete composition using the glass ceramic aggregate according to the present invention will be described in detail.
First, the manufacturing method of the glass ceramic aggregate using a waste brown tube is demonstrated.
The glass ceramic aggregate is a glass ceramic aggregate having a desired size of natural gravel by crushing and filtration process step by step using a crushing hydraulic device, hammer crusher, jaw crusher, etc. in order to waste the waste brown tube to be disposed. By manufacturing, a method of manufacturing a glass ceramic aggregate by pulverizing the above-mentioned waste brown tube will be described step by step.
Hydraulic Press Grinding Step>
This step is to crush the waste brown tube into a press hydraulic press.
The waste brown tube is made of a heat-treated glass material, and because it is manufactured in a vacuum state, it must be crushed using a pressurized hydraulic press because it must be destroyed at a strong pressure.
The pressurized hydraulic press strongly presses the waste brown tube to destroy the waste brown tube in a vacuum state, wherein the waste brown tube is destroyed while maintaining a predetermined thickness when manufactured as a vacuum brown tube and having a relatively large size of 100 to 250 mm. It will be crushed into.
The reason for crushing the waste brown tube using the hydraulic press as described above is to increase the production rate of glass aggregate of the desired gravel size by minimizing the ratio of crushing into powder of the same size as the sand when destroying the waste brown tube.
Hammer crusher grinding stage>
This step is a step of crushing the waste brown tube glass pieces crushed to a relatively large size of 100 to 250mm while maintaining a predetermined thickness by the hydraulic press with a hammer crusher.
The hammer crusher is to blow the waste brown tube glass pieces crushed to a relatively large size by a hydraulic press to be smaller than that to crush the size of 40 ~ 50mm.
Jaw crusher grinding stage>
This step is a step of pulverizing the waste brown tube glass pieces ground to 40-50 mm in the hammer crusher grinding step to a smaller size using a jaw crusher.
The jaw crusher is a crushed by crushing the glass pieces crushed to a smaller size by the hammer crusher to a smaller size, crushing the glass pieces as small as 5 to 20mm of the same size as the natural gravel.
The reason for crushing the waste brown tube step by step using a hydraulic press, hammer crusher, jaw crusher, etc., is to crush the waste brown tube efficiently so as to minimize the generation of powder such as sand 5 The small size of ˜20 mm is to increase the production of glass ceramic aggregate.
Filtration stage>
This step is a step of producing a glass ceramic aggregate using the vibrating body of the size of the mesh of the glass crushed in the jaw crusher grinding step.
Since the vibrating body has a mesh size of 5 mm, glass crushed to 5 mm or less of glass crushed to a smaller size in the jaw crusher crushing step passes and filters glass crushed to 5 mm or more. Among the glass pieces filtered by the vibrating sieve, the glass pieces having a size of 20 mm or more are picked out and returned to the jaw crusher grinding step to be crushed again, and only the small pieces of glass within the range of 5 to 20 mm filtered out by the vibrating sieve are sorted out. It is done.
As such, the glass fragments having a small size of 5 to 20 mm selected in the filtration step are used as the glass ceramic aggregate.
Next, the ceramic concrete composition using the glass ceramic aggregate is demonstrated.
The glass ceramic aggregate is a glass piece having a size in the range of 5 to 20 mm obtained by grinding the waste brown tube.
The ceramic concrete composition of this invention is comprised by the mixing ratio of 20-35 weight% of sand, 20-35 weight% of cement, and 30-60 weight% of glass ceramic aggregate.
In addition, the cement may be composed of a back cement, which has no asbestos component, has good strength and adhesion, and improves physical properties of ceramic concrete and is environmentally friendly.
In addition, 0.5-10 wt% of red iron oxide may be further mixed or used by adding 0.5-5 wt% of yellow iron oxide with respect to 100% by weight of the ceramic concrete composition of the present invention.
When the red iron oxide and yellow iron oxide are inorganic pigments, the concrete wall surface has various colors when the ceramic concrete composition is constructed by kneading the ceramic concrete composition with water according to the mixing ratio of these inorganic pigments.
