Claims (4)
- 밸브제어식 납축전지의 배기구 어셈블리에 있어서,
축전지의 커버에 장치되는 밸브몸체 하부에 탄지걸림턱이 형성되게 구성하고, 상기 커버에 상기 밸브몸체의 탄지걸림턱이 걸림되도록 턱고정부가 형성되게 구성하여 축전지 사용중 내압상승에 따른 밸브 이탈이 방지되게 하되, 상기 커버의 밸브삽입공과 밸브몸체 사이 틈새로의 축전지 케이스내의 전해액 및 가스 유출이 방지되도록 밸브몸체에 일체형성 수지돌부씰링과 고무오링이나 이중사출 고무씰링중 하나 이상이 형성되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제어식 납축전지에서의 배기구 어셈블리.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브몸체내 배기통로의 공간부에 방폭필터가 내장되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제어식 납축전지에서의 배기구 어셈블리.
- 밸브제어식 납축전지의 배기구 어셈블리 조립방법에 있어서,
밸브몸체 하부에 탄지걸림턱이 형성된 밸브를 축전지 커버의 밸브삽입공에 얹어놓고 단계적 압박이 가능한 롤러타입 조립도구를 통과시켜서 밸브몸체의 탄지걸림턱이 커버에 형성된 턱고정부에 걸림 고정되게 함을 특징으로 하는 밸브제어식 납축전지의 배기구 어셈블리 조립방법.
