Claims (20)
- 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전력 주파수 전류를, 상기 전력선으로부터 통신 신호를 결부시키는 유도성 커플러를 통해 전력 주파수 전압으로 변환하는 단계;상기 통신 신호로부터 상기 전력 주파수 전압을 분리하는 단계;상기 전력 주파수 전압으로부터 상기 전력 주파수 전류의 파라미터의 값을 결정하는 단계;상기 파라미터의 값을 합성 통신 신호 상으로 변조시키는 단계; 및상기 합성 통신 신호를 상기 유도성 커플러를 통해 상기 전력선에 결부시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 커플러는,(a) 관통하는 개구부를 가지는 자기 코어로서, 상기 전력선은 상기 개구부를 통해 라우팅되고 상기 유도성 커플러에 대해 1차 권선으로서 기능하는 자기 코어; 및(b) 상기 자기 코어의 일부를 둘러싸는 2차 권선으로서, 상기 전력 주파수 전압은 상기 2차 권선 양단에 유도되는 2차 권선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리하는 단계는,상기 통신 신호를 차단하는 필터를 통해 상기 전력 주파수 전압을 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 통신 신호는 상기 통신 신호를 통과시키고 상기 전력 주파수 전압을 차단하는 회로로 라우팅되고,상기 방법은,상기 회로의 둘레에 상기 전력 주파수 전압을 라우팅하는 단계;상기 회로의 다운스트림(downstream) 측으로 상기 전력 주파수 전압 및 상기 통신 신호를 함께 멀티플렉싱함으로써, 멀티플렉싱된 신호를 제공하는 단계; 및상기 파라미터의 값을 결정하는 단계 전에, 상기 멀티플렉싱된 신호를 디멀티플렉싱하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전력 주파수 전압은 50 ~ 60 Hz의 범위의 주파수를 가지고, 상기 통신 신호는 1 MHz보다 큰 주파수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 파라미터는 (a) 상기 전력 주파수 전류의 크기, 및 (b) 기준 위상에 대한 상기 전력 주파수 전류의 위상을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 방법.

- (a) 전력선으로부터 통신 신호를 결부시키고, (b) 상기 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전력 주파수 전류를 전력 주파수 전압으로 변환하는 유도성 커플러;상기 통신 신호로부터 상기 전력 주파수 전압을 분리시키는 필터;상기 전력 주파수 전압으로부터 상기 전력 주파수 전류의 파라미터의 값을 결정하는 프로세서; 및상기 파라미터의 값을 합성 통신 신호로 변조하는 변조기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템으로서,상기 시스템은 상기 합성 통신 신호를 상기 유도성 커플러를 통해 상기 전력선으로 결부시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 커플러는,(a) 관통하는 개구부를 가지는 자기 코어로서, 상기 전력선은 상기 개구부를 통해 라우팅되고 상기 유도성 커플러에 대해 1차 권선으로서 기능하는 자기 코어; 및(b) 상기 자기 코어의 일부를 둘러싸는 2차 권선으로서, 상기 전력 주파수 전압으로부터의 상기 전력 주파수 전류의 파라미터의 값은 상기 2차 권선 양단에 걸쳐 유도되는 2차 권선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 필터는 상기 전력 주파수 전압을 통과시키고 상기 통신 신호를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 통신 신호는 상기 통신 신호를 통과시키고 상기 전력 주파수 전압을 차단하는 회로로 라우팅되며,상기 시스템은,상기 회로의 둘레에 상기 전력 주파수 전압을 라우팅하는 바이패스 모듈;상기 회로의 다운스트림(downstream) 측으로 상기 전력 주파수 전압 및 상기 통신 신호를 함께 멀티플렉싱하여, 멀티플렉싱된 신호를 제공하는 배열(arrangement); 및상기 프로세서가 상기 파라미터의 값을 결정할 수 있도록 상기 멀티플렉싱된 신호를 디멀티플렉싱하는 배열을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 전력 주파수 전압은 50 ~ 60 Hz의 범위의 주파수를 가지고, 상기 통신 신호는 1 MHz보다 큰 주파수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전력선을 통해 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 시스템.
