Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명의 사용자 단말에서 기지국으로 CQI 인덱스를 전송하는 방법은 기지국으로부터 수신된 신호에 대한 CQI 인덱스를 산출하는 단계; 산출한 상기 CQI 인덱스를 델타 시그마 변조를 통해 1비트의 CQI 인덱스로 변환하는 단계; 변환된 1비트의 CQI 인덱스를 상기 기지국으로 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말에서 수행되는 동작을 도시하고 있으며,
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 델타 시그마 변조부의 구성을 도시하고 있으며,
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.

Claims (5)
- 기지국으로부터 수신된 신호에 대한 CQI 인덱스를 산출하는 CQI 인덱스 산출부;
산출한 상기 CQI 인덱스를 델타 시그마 변조를 통해 1비트의 CQI 인덱스로 변환하는 델타 시그마 변조부;
변환된 1비트의 CQI 인덱스를 상기 기지국으로 전송하는 통신부를 포함하며,
상기 델타 시그마 변조부는,
클럭 신호에 따라 응답하며, 산출한 상기 CQI 인덱스를 디지털 변조하여 출력하는 모듈레이터;
상기 클럭 신호에 따라 응답하며, 상기 모듈레이터로부터 출력된 값을 디지털 적분하여 누산하는 누산기를 포함하며,
상기 통신부는 상기 CQI 인덱스의 전송 주기와 상기 HARQ 신호의 전송 주기는 상이하도록 상기 기지국으로 전송하거나, 상기 CQI 인덱스 또는 HARQ 신호 중 어느 하나만 상기 기지국으로 전송함을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 CQI 인덱스 산출부에 대해 CQI 인덱스를 산출하도록 지시하며, 상기 델타 시그마 변조부에 대해 상기 CQI 인덱스에 대해 델타 시그마 변조를 수행하도록 지시하는 제어부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 CQI 인덱스 산출부에서 산출한 CQI 인덱스는 n(n은 자연수)개의 CQI 인덱스 중 하나이며, m(m은 자연수)비트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
