Q4 | 초과유량 : 3125ℓ/h | 100ℓ의 유량을 기준탱크에 받아 계량기와 비교함. |
상기에 있어서, 상기 (b)단계에서 상기 프로그램은, 구간별 상기 최소 측정단위를 기본 설정 값을 적용하여 유량을 측정하는 기본모드와, 구간별 상기 최소 측정단위를 임의로 수정하여 유량을 측정하는 최소 측정단위 임의변경모드와, 구간별 상기 최소 측정단위를 프로그램에 의해 자동으로 산출하여 유량을 측정하는 최소 측정단위 자동산출모드의 3가지 동작모드로 구성된 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (4)
- 계량기의 오차 조정을 실시하기 위하여 적용하는 임의의 유량을 회전수로 나눈 값인 최소 측정단위를 유량의 유속별로 산출하여 적용하되,
(a) 상기 최소 측정단위를 산출하는 모드를 설정하는 단계; 및
(b) 임의 유량을 유속 구간별로 시험하여 프로그램에 의해 자동으로 유속구간별 상기 최소 측정단위를 산출하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 (b)단계에서 상기 프로그램은,
구간별 상기 최소 측정단위를 기본 설정 값을 적용하여 유량을 측정하는 기본모드와,
구간별 상기 최소 측정단위를 임의로 수정하여 유량을 측정하는 최소 측정단위 임의변경모드와,
구간별 상기 최소 측정단위를 프로그램에 의해 자동으로 산출하여 유량을 측정하는 최소 측정단위 자동산출모드의 3가지 동작모드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 계량기의 오차보정방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 최소 측정단위를 제품별로 산출하여 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 계량기의 오차보정방법. - 삭제
